Located on the gorgeous park side of 30A, built in 2018 this beautifully appointed 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home with a carriage house, is the perfect place for the family to spread out and enjoy a week of fun and relaxation. The home's private courtyard space boasts a private heated pool, patio space with lounge chairs, a grill, a table, a covered deck, and access to the home's carriage house! The main house is gorgeous, with an open concept living/dining area, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 private balconies, and a breathtaking master suite that takes up the entire 3rd floor!

Upon walking into this 3-story home you will immediately notice the well-appointed, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room area, and a beautiful gas fireplace! For your convenience, also located on the first floor of the home is the home's 1/2 bathroom. Moving up to the 2nd floor of the home you will find the laundry room, four twin sized bed bunk room with a sliding barn door, and 2 beautiful guest suites. Beach access is only 0.3 miles away! If you need a break from the beach, or just want to explore the area you are in luck. Walk or bike to Rosemary Beach town center where you can enjoy all the area has to offer. There is a private walking trail behind the Villa that allows direct access to the Big Bad Breakfast, one of the top brunch spots on 30A. The 30A Sunday Farmers Market is a two minute walk if you happen to be visiting on a Sunday, open from 9am-1pm.
