Great choice!

The condo was clean and had all the amenities to enjoy a week of the big island. It was close to a great snorkel, beach and boogie board Beach. The view was so nice in the morning while drinking coffee and at sunset. The instruction were easy and obviously reasonable. Not ridiculous. Went with a group of 2 other condos groups so we used the pool area for gatherings We greatly appreciate the opportunity rent the condo.

Paradise on earth

Honestly one of the best rentals that we have stayed at. Place was very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to have some quite time after long day at the beach. Very clean and organized. Had everything we needed for the beach. Would definitely be staying again!

Excellent and well maintained property

Property is very clean and well maintained, walking distance from grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. They have Beach and snorkeling gears available for use. The view of the ocean and bbq is amazing! Will book this property again in the future.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful, well-appointed condo! Kitchen well stocked, master bed was comfy. Roomy enough for 5 adults and a child. The view from the lanai was amazing. Having the beach towels and supplies provided was a real plus. Didn’t want to leave!

Excellent location

It was beautiful inside and outside, I can see the ocean even from the kitchen. The house was fully equipped. We had enough beach towels and beach equipment. The pool was so big and not busy at all. We enjoyed our trip so much. We definitely go back again, Thank you so.

Beautiful place, well furnished

Stayed here as a family of 6, with kids being from early teens to early 20’s. Master bed was comfortable. Very well stocked. Beautiful view from the lanai. Having the beach towels available, along with other beach stuff (snorkeling gear, umbrella, boogie boards) was such a plus for us! I didn’t want to leave!!! Grocery store and a few restaurants close by.

Outstanding Accomodation Experience

This house is just fantastic! We fell in love with the many beautiful pictures on this platform long before we actually checked in. The classy house is just as shown on the pictures and even more: it is well equipped with everything you need (kitchen, bath rooms) and there is plenty of beach equipment available (beach chairs, parasols, body boards, cool boxes) for a perfect beach day. We have been there with two teenagers and can explicitly recommend this place to all travellers looking for a perfect and quiet location with excellent sea view.

Hidden gem and quiet getaway!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was just as it was pictured. As you walk in, the first image I see is the ocean through the back door lanai. Wow! The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and cozy. The property was well-maintained, clean, and updated. I love that we were away from the tourist area but just a drive away—within walking distance of the shopping centers and restaurants—the perfect location for our stay. The property swimming pool and gym greatly benefit those lazy chill days watching the sunset. I can't wait to return; thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Wonderful Condo in Keauhou

We spent two weeks in this beautiful condo in the Na Hale O Keauhou complex. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has everything required for any meal preparation. The downstairs lanai has a perfect view of the ocean, and we spent our mornings (with coffee) and evenings (with drinks) here. The evening sunsets were spectacular, and we were always impressed with the beautiful view. It is an easy walk from this condo to one of the best snorkel beaches on the island, and to the KTA supermarket just up the hill. We booked a car for our stay, because there are so many other great places to visit on the Big Island. We will definitely book this wonderful condo the next time we visit Hawaii.

Kona Retreat

Our family loves this condo complex in Keauhou!!! The pool area tile is getting a little worn but is still awesome! The jacuzzi was not running but promptly fixed on the next weekday. More bath towels in this condo would be nice Would love to have a BBQ at the condo. Unable to utilize the dishwasher Would appreciate a shorter stay option as a 7 night minimum is lengthy. We enjoyed our stay ! See you again , soon I hope . Mahalo Guieb Ohana

Lovely Keauhou Townhouse

Cynthia and Leslie, both were very responsive and helpful. They provided a lot of additional information which was very helpful to us with our visit to the big island. The condo is conveniently locate to a shopping center and several beaches. This condo is exceptional. Very clean and well stocked with sundries, cleaning supplies, towels, and extras you will rarely find in a Kona rental. They had lots of beach gear too. Highly recommended!!! My only negative comment is that the twin beds upstairs are a little to hard for my taste.

The mattresses

Everything was good except the beds. All of us can’t sleep well because the mattresses were not comfortable. Everyone complained about the ache of the body after waking up, specially the single bed mattress was too hot.

Perfect Location

The pictures don't do this place justice. The condo is very clean, comfortable, well appointed, well furnished with all the extras and centrally located. The place has air conditioning which was needed given that 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The management checked in on us from time to time to make sure that all was going well. I appreciated it very much, however we did not need them once. We will stay here again. My only concern was that they did not have a cancellation policy, and with Covid I was afraid to book this place and take a risk of falling sick prior to my travel. I cured this by buying travel insurance.

We had a good time

We've been going to Na Hale for a number of years. We've always been happy and our stay in B1 was no exception. The unit is bright and clean. The only real negative was the mattress on the king bed in the master bedroom. It should be replaced. We were aware of this when we rented because this issue was mentioned in an earlier review. The mattress is quite high in the center and slopes to both sides. When I slept on one side of the bed the slope made me feel uncomfortable as if I were sleeping on a hillside. Because I slept alone I was able to sleep in the center of the bed where it was level. Other than this one issue we were very happy with the unit.

We appreciate the feedback about issues with the Master Bedroom mattress. We have purchased a new king mattress and it was delivered to the unit this week, so we look forward to future visitors getting excellent sleep on their Kona vacation in our unit! Sweet dreams.

Nice sunsets

Very spacious and private inside the unit. Grounds are beautifully taken care of. Nice pool, spa, pool area and exercise room. Great sunsets. The neighbors in the unit B2 are in their unit 8 or so times a year so the privacy on our lower lanai was sorely lacking since they keep their windows open and their kitchen and livingroom are next to the lanai in B1. Unit could use a few more drinking cups but the pots, pans etc. were ample. Sliding glass door on lower level needs the lock repaired and didn't like having to use a stick propped in the door as a safety precaution to assure someone would not enter the unit. Carpeting was in need of shampooing and curtains upstairs and downstairs had food stains on them and need a cleaning. We arrived the day after the previous tenants left and they had been there for Iron Man. Extra time should be allotted for cleaning but when we arrived at 3pm, cleaning was still in process. Made for a long day. Also this complex is very quiet and not so kid friendly. Spa has signs stating no one under 12 allowed. Saw a woman,who lives there let her 2 year old daughter go in twice and the toddler wasn't wearing a swimming diaper. I stayed clear. The sunsets are lovely but there is a noise factor from Alii Drive below especially during week day late afternoon. Don't know if all the units have the issue or it's just the location of B1.

Junelle, Thanks for your review. We appreciate the feedback, we have tried to keep our unit clean and welcoming for guests and it’s helpful to know of the stains you have noted. We have had issues with failure of locking mechanisms on the slider and the rod is a temporary measure. The Na Hale management works hard to ensure spa rules are followed and I am sorry you observed issues there. Thanks again for your feedback, we will work to address these concerns.

This was our second stay in as many years. We've stayed at Na Hale O' Keauhou complex at another condo and the layout wasn't nearly as nice. Cynthia has done a wonderful job in sharing her lovely home with us, we will definitely be back again!

Excellent condo in Keauhou

This is the 2nd year in a row that we’ve stayed at Na Hale and once again, we couldn’t have been happier with our visit. The condo is spacious and clean, and the well-stocked kitchen, full washer and dryer, and beach supplies for the whole family made us feel like we were home. Awesome condo in a great location.

To escape from the gloomy Pacific NW weather, we decided to take a sunny break on the Big Island and we were so happy that we were able to find the condo for our stay. We stayed for 7 days and was so happy about how clean, spacious and private the space was for 2 couples/4 people. The kitchen was well-stocked which made it really easy for us to cook meals and enjoy it on the lanai. The location was perfect as it was a 5-10 min walk to a beach that you can snorkel and surf at and a 5 min walk to a grocery store and a great shaved ice/acai bowl place! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay.
