The condo was clean, and the host's communication was excellent. Having beach chairs and a shower available was such a bonus. Plus, the proximity to both the beach and the bay can’t be beat! Highly recommended!

It was very clean, bright and had great amenities. The location is awesome! One thing to note is the location is close to a main intersection with some street noise when you are outside or windows are open. This did not bother us, but it’s nice to know ahead of time of booking. We highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!

We had a blast visiting this super cute apartment in the heart of Mission Beach. Views off the small patio were beautiful and it is just steps from the beach. It was a little noisy because of the location near the main street and the garage was super tiny, but overall we loved the place!

I stayed at the unit with my grandson while visiting his sister, my grand daughter, who is working in San Diego. Everything was exactly as advertised and we found the unit to be in the middle of everything going on at Mission Beach. The unit was well equipped and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed sitting out on the 2nd floor porch in the morning with a cup of coffee, watching all the early morning joggers go by. Another plus of the unit is that it comes with a garage which although tight to enter, still gives you a parking place which is a plus in the Mission Beach area. It's a good place in a good area well worth the costs!

Clean space in an excellent location to enjoy Mission Bay and Beach. Well supplied kitchen, washer/dryer. Convenient to boardwalk and Bay trail for walking/biking. We loved it.

Perfect Little Apartment and Great Location

Perfect apartment for what we needed and the location was great too. We were in town for a quick weekend to move my daughter into SDSU. The apartment was lovely and clean and easy access to the beach and highways.

Very nice

Very nice home, lots of amenities. Enjoyed being close to the beach and beach walk. Only downside was the road noise when the windows were open.

Great Mission Beach Stay

This rental was a great place for our 5 night stay at Mission Beach/Bay. 3 of us comfortably stayed. A short walk to the ocean and right on Mission Bay. There is a bit of road noise, especially on Saturday night, but weeknights were fairly quiet. Lots of dining options within walking distance. We easily fit an intermediate car in the gargage. Definitely a place we would stay again.

San Diego Mission Bay

What a clean and modern condo. We had a full kitchen and it was so close to everything. The only downside is that we couldn't stay longer!

Relaxing stay near mission beach

The condo is very clean and has all the things you need for a memorable family beach vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked and organized. The location is great as hit's close to the beach and Belmont Park. The property manager was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. The garage space is tight, but we were able to park our standard-size rental car.

Great location

Family spring break trip. Good location, short drive to downtown and activities along the coast. Short walk to the beach. Clean apartment that has everything you would need. Garage is a bit tight to get into but is nice to have a dedicated garage space. Great host communication.

Very clean with newer appliances and decor. We have stayed in many condos in Mission over the years. We were very pleased with how well supplied this place was. Air conditioning works fantastic and beds comfortable. The location is great. So close many businesses and the beach. Nice view of the bay out the front window. It is very Close to Mission Blvd. So it can be noisy on the little patio but that was not an issue for us because we are on the go all the time.

Lovely Bayside Unit

You can definitely tell that the owner of this property has gone to great lengths to care for the setup and cleanliness of the property. We had everything we needed for our long weekend in Mission Beach.

Nice spot to stay

Great spot to stay! Host was extremely quick to respond to anything by text. Very clean space with everything you need. Even had beach toys for the kiddos. Two call-outs for those considering: Parking spot is tight (not an issue for standard cars), but very helpful to have in the area. When we stayed (May 2025), it is next to a small construction site which starts 7-8am during the week, but never extended into the evening and no weekend work. Not an issue for us as we were already awake but a call out for those that wish to sleep in.

Thank you for your great review, Grant! It's not a construction site, just the city pump station, south of our home, we have that noted on our listing. It's not that noisy and have never had any complaints from past guests about it. But like you mentioned, it only works mornings and no weekends. Thanks!

Perfect place for 2 couples

Clean upstairs unit with views of the boats in the bay as well as Sea World fireworks at night kitchen was fully stocked…even with my favorite vitamin blender plenty of towels and shower had strong water pressure which was much appreciated parking was key we had a large suv and it fit just fine would definitely rent again as morning walks on the bay or beach for coffee and breakfast was ideal. Only negative was that I would have appreciated a noon checkout otherwise place was perfect

Family trip

Great location right on the mission bay and walking distance to the ocean and Belmont Park. Condo had everything we needed including beach towels (which weren't included on the listing). Only thing to note is that the garage fits a car, but is not large enough for an SUV or truck. There is street parking right by the condo though if the garage doesn't work for your car. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded Expectations

We've stayed at the property before but in a different unit. The location cannot be beat! The apartment is located on the bay with beautiful views and a quiet beach but within blocks of the ocean, boardwalk and Belmont park. There are a variety of restaurants and iconic eateries within a block. The unit was fully stocked with every convenience and beach chairs, umbrellas and a large variety of beach toys are included. The place is clean, comfortable and easily slept us and our two small children. Check in and out instructions were straightforward. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, Enjoyable Stay

The property was in a great spot. It was easy to walk around. Most things were as expected in a rental. Plenty of towels, toiletries, and cooking items. The only negative was the heat not working well. Couldn't get the rooms warm at night. The garage is tight, but we fit a midsize SUV in there.

We had our technician by and can confirm all the hvac units are up and running correctly. We apologize they did not work properly for your stay- we would have absolutely offered alternative heaters had we known. We do hope to host you again!
