Mmm steps away from Beach

We stayed at this condo twice now and several times at this complex. Beautiful view of Gulf of Mexico and steps away from beach. Great amenities for the kids and lots of fun outdoor items including chairs, wagon and toys perfect for a day at the beach.

Great place just steps to the beach

Great stay as always, Condo was clean and met ours needs. We did have trouble opening and closing the patio door as it would constantly stick. May consider new queen mattresses in guest room.

Nice stay at Ocean side

We had a lovely stay at Ocean Side. We enjoyed the location a lot and the pool and hot tub. The condo was well outfitted and the views were gorgeous. The sliding door on the patio stuck a little but nothing that you couldnt work with. The only complaint we had was the master shower wasnt as clean as we would have preferred. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is going through some updates with paint and carpet so the paint smell was really strong even with it opened up all week. Area rugs were also very dirty. Excellent location and building. There was schaffolding up for half of the week because the building is having structural issues. If that goes back up it blocks half of the balcony view. Location is great and beach, pool and jacuzzi is fabulous! I live locally and rented this for out of town guests and would rent again.

Poor first impression but enjoyable vacation in end

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the location and view were outstanding, the first impression was disappointing. The cleaning crew had missed a lot of things and made walking in and settling a bit uncomfortable. While the office staff was attentive and tried to remedy, the cleaning crew who came back had a terrible attitude. Once all was in order and a day or two later, we were able to relax and thoroughlyEnjoy the living room space and scenic view. The location and access to the pool and beach was a major plus.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice we have been coming to Indian rocks for about 6 years now. Thought we would try another place.There was some issues with the other tenants the cops came finally after a few nights of craziness! It was kinda a nightmare with the other ppl that are there earlier in the week. I feel they are there every year the way they acted! but very disrespectful to everyone else in the complex. The ppl that did security said all there stuff left on the tables for over a day....plates raw meat and were very vocal about well we have it streamed live to our phone from the camera so will take care of it.......but the food sat there for well over a day!! The inside of the place was nice tho to bad a few bad ppl spoiled it!,

Great Location, Great Views

Condo was well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and storage room had all needs covered for beach gear. Location is perfect to walk to restaurants, ice cream and shops.

Location perfect!! Gorgeous Sunsets. Totally equipped unit!! Pool & Hot Tub could be cleaner!! Owner needs to upgrade bed linens. Some areas need maintenance & unit could be cleaner. Would rent again.

Perfect Family Vacation

Where to start?! From waking up to views of the gulf, to having breakfast/dinner on the porch, to watching the sunset and late night pool illuminated talks on the balcony… JUST PEACEFUL! This is the perfect family spot, no party goers, no late night rumbling or music, pool and hot tub use times helped im sure, but mainly just people respecting people… House was well cleaned and stocked, we even left detergent trash bags and coffee we had left over… the equipment shed had sand toys and chairs for the beach, we left googles for future kids… Only minor fix I was say is the master bedroom bed could use some updating, just a little too hard… All in all we will be back!!! This will be our family vacation spot for years to come!! Thank you for sharing this gem!

The second bedroom, while large and easily accommodating two queen size beds, does not have a window which might bother some.
