The guest bedroom bedding configuration can be converted into king size, great for two couples or families with kids. Beautiful views from the lanai to spend a relaxing day. Portable AC units are provided for your comfort. The amenities include tropical basket of goodies upon arrival, washer and dryer for your convenience, and a variety of beach equipment. The resort offers a saltwater pool, tennis courts, and a newly upgraded BBQ area. Walking distance to world's famous beaches, fine dining, shopping, and many more fun activities within the Poipu area.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved looking out the balcony to the ocean. Walking to Poipu Beach every night to see the turtles. Loved the pool and how hot the hot tub was. I would definitely go back and say there.

Loved our stay. Unit was well stocked. Lovely view of sunrise and sunset. Grateful for the beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, etc. They even kindly accommodated a late check out to bridge the gap between check out in Poipu and our check in time in Princeville. Will stay again!

Perfect ocean retreat

Overall, the location was perfect and it was awesome to hang out at the lanai and look at the ocean and hear it. The pool is great as well. Slightly dated on the inside, but still great and location can’t be beat.

Our office is off site, though we remain available anytime guests need additional support. The condo is on the second story and does require a few stairs, and we are sorry to hear this felt inconvenient. We also wish we had known about the concerns you found during your stay, as we would have addressed them right away to make your visit more comfortable. Overall, we hope you still enjoyed your time on Kauai!

Great location!

This was a very convenient place to stay in Poipu! Easy access to everything. The home was very clean and had nice newer finishes. We had everything we needed for our week. Balcony views were very nice and the overall property was quiet from 9pm to 9am. My wife and 2 teenage daughters loved it. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely condo and location!

This was a perfect place to stay for our week in Kauai. It had everything we needed. The view from our lanai was so lovely. The welcome basket of fresh pineapple and Hawaiian treats was much appreciated. We would stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

We had an absolutely fantastic time in Poipu. We loved the location, it was very quiet and peaceful. Was able to see whales right from our lanai. Poipu Beach was fantastic - was able to see Sea Turtles and a Monk Seal - have awesome pictures. The condo was fantastic - not too close to the big resorts, but not far enough to be out of the way. Will definitely stay again!!!

Everything about this place was great. The management company was very quick to answer any questions, the unit was exactly as described, the location was amazing and overall a great space for a family of four with two teenage boys.

Great spot

Great spot, within walking distance to the beach, clean and lovely condo. We had a few problems with missing gear and maintenance issues, but Property Manager addressed them promptly.
