Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, quartz counters, upgraded cabinetry and stackable washer/dryer. Shared bath with walk in shower and upgraded tile throughout. Spacious master Bedroom and gorgeous chandeliers throughout. It has a Fully fenced, landscaped yard. Less than .5 miles from Historic Downtown Square. You can walk to the Square and all the shops located near the Courthouse Square!

Cozy, Cottage Retreat

The cottage had a perfect blend of modern updates and old-world charm. Well appointed with all amenities for a comfortable, care-free stay. Great location, about a half-mile from the heart of old town Prescott. Thoughtfully designed back yard. Do highly recommend!!

Beautifully restored cottage

This little Victorian-styled cottage within easy walking distance from downtown Prescott was a real find. A roomy, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, one large and one smaller bedroom, a large, almost opulent, bath and a quiet neighborhood close to downtown combined to make a pleasant stay for me as a single traveler. The check-in was painless and communication with the owner was easy. No hesitation in recommending the place.

Perfect weekend getaway home

This house was spectacular! Older home with very tasteful remodeling, this home was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed our afternoons and evenings in the backyard which felt very secluded, spent time cuddled up on the couches, and when we felt adventurous took a short walk to whiskey row to enjoy all the restaurants and bars nearby! The only downfall to this gorgeous little home was how warm it felt at night (still 80 degrees during the day led to the home being warmer than comfortable). It was extremely clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for our short weekend getaway! I would definitely stay here again, the hosts were very welcoming and made for a very worry free vacation.

Very clean and polished.

Was a great stay, a charming house and the place had all the little things one might need: dishes, coffee maker, utensils, etc. this is likely not their only property and it shows. Would go again!

Very nicely appointed cottage. Loved the backyard with all the amenities. The kitchen was functional and fabulous. I appreciated the achievement of a charming antique design with comfort and practicality.

Short walking distance to all

Cute house, loved the location and backyard. Floors and doors were weeks so woke each other up when going to bathroom at nite. Husband was not a fan of sitting areas or stools in kitchen..too heavy. I loved how well stocked everything was and the beautiful cups and plates were a wonderful touch. Our friends are making reservations with you for July or August. I thought cost was reasonable. Thank You!

If you’re looking for perfection…

It’s hard not to gush about this place. It’s everything! From communication to location to cleanliness, decor… this is the pinnacle of good hosting, excellent access and ease of check-in/check-out. We just didn’t want to leave. Nothing is done half-way here. It may be the best-equipped stay we’ve had, and the extras from the back yard with a large dining space and a fire pit were like icing on a cake. Perfect for 1-3 people. Much lovelier than the photos!

Delightful Place & Yard

Our stay was wonderful. Great location in relation to historic Prescott. We enjoyed the decor of a nicely restored older home and the private outdoor areas allowing us to enjoy the winter sun.

Absolute Gem

This cottage is absolutely charming! I loved the original 1940’s doors and flooring in parts and antique armoires. Beautifully decorated. Lovely patio out back. Updated kitchen filled with anything you need. An absolute gem!
