Start your mornings with coffee on the deck and mountain views that never get old. Spend your days exploring the Smokies, hitting the slopes, or riding coasters at Dollywood. Back home, kick back in the covered hot tub, play a few rounds in the game room, or unwind with a family dinner in the open-concept kitchen and living space.



With two private king suites (each with its own bathroom), a cozy sleeper sofa, and queen-over-queen bunk beds in the game room, there’s room for everyone to stretch out and get comfy.



You’ll also have access to resort amenities like seasonal pools, basketball, and pickleball courts (shared with other guests)—great for when you want to stay close but still keep the fun going.

The Neighborhood:

Well-known neighborhood at the foot of the Smoky Mountains National Park, proximity to a golf course, 3 pools open during the warmer months, great views, and privacy make this a unique area that will give you the true mountain experience! Nestled high on the mountain, you're close to the park, Gatlinburg, and many other great trailheads and natural areas.

• Mountain Roads:

You're here for the mountain views—and they come with mountain roads! While the roads to the cabin are paved, they can be steep, narrow, and slippery, especially when wet or snowy.

We strongly recommend a 4WD/AWD vehicle with good tires, especially in winter months.

No refunds will be issued due to vehicle issues related to road conditions.



• Wildlife Warning – You’re in Nature!

This is bear country! The woods are home to all kinds of wildlife, including bears that aren’t shy around people and are always on the lookout for food.



Do not leave anything with a scent (food, cosmetics, etc.) in your vehicle. Bears have been known to break into cars.



Trash must be stored inside the cabin or in the provided bearproof containers.



Keep doors and windows closed when you're not using them to help keep nature where it belongs—outside!



• Shower Amenities:

Shower dispensers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you have allergies or specific product preferences, we recommend bringing your own.



• This is a home, not a hotel:

While we strive to address any issues quickly, please keep in mind that no one is living on-site full-time. We’ll do our best to help as soon as possible if anything comes up.

These may not be enough for your full stay, depending on your group size. If you need more or have brand preferences, local grocery stores and pharmacies are nearby.



• Security Camera Disclosure:

For your safety and the protection of our property, there is one active security camera located on the exterior front patio/driveway area. It records video and audio.

Tampering with or disabling the camera is strictly prohibited and may result in early termination of your stay without a refund.



• A 3.5% Cancellation Fee will be applied to every reservation, regardless of timing. This is due to our payment processor, Stripe, charging us that fee for an transaction.



Interaction with Guests:

I aim to make your stay as memorable as possible, and will be a message away if you need me, but our level of interaction is up to you. A unique electronic code for your stay allows for self check-in/check-out.
