The kitchen has been fully remodeled with modern-looking contemporary cabinets, Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fridge. Fresh interior/exterior paint, Vinyl flooring, LED energy efficient fixture throughout, Updated bathrooms with tile shower enclosures. AN ABSOLUTE MUST STAY!!!

This remodeled home has beautiful laminate flooring, recessed lighting, a gas cooking range, and dual pane windows.

There's a great entertaining backyard with a custom-designed patio that can accommodate several seating areas, a garden bed, and ample seating space for 6. House is fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Pets are not allowed at this property. Violating the no-pet rules will result in eviction & HOA and/or RnR-imposed fines of up to $1,500. We understand the importance of Trained Service & ESA dogs & can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay—we have many of them. If you have a service/support dog, are unable to find alternate lodging & insist on staying in this property, you will be charged a refundable security deposit to cover any damage, extra cleaning, or fines for violating the HOA and/or RnR house rules.

NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and monitors decibel levels in living areas and outside to protect you from noise complaints.

This home may also have security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. We care about your safety and security. We do not permit any video security devices inside our homes.

Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage.

Check-out: 11 am.

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors from our guests.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis either).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- One Security Ring Door Camera is located in the Front of the House.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roach, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
