Our beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house is located in the heart of Siesta Key Village. The house features outdoor pool to make you feel relaxed on the hot day. There is a dock to park a boat if you decide to bring one. All of our bedrooms have TVs in them. Our kitchen is fully stacked for your convenience so you can enjoy home cooked meal.

Beautiful house right on canal

House was gorgeous. Lot of gathering space and lanai was right on canal. Beautiful. Only negatives were some ants in the kitchen and bed situation was a little confusing. Eventually we found the trundle beds but that was not intuitive. Beyond those, house was perfect for some friends to get together and enjoy Sarasota.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time and were very comfortable in this beautiful home. Loved the layout and the amenities. The pool was wonderful and warm. Siesta Key is our most favorite place to be. Thank you!

Great house- very spacious. Walked every morning to the village which is less than a mile. The pool was nice. The owner was prompt when responding to questions.

Amazing vacation

Spent 11 days here with family. The house has plenty of room, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, it was nice watching boat traffic go by while in the pool area, the pool was very nice and our 1.5 year old never wanted to get out! The lanai had some missing screens so there were bugs at night, but I am sure it needs to be repaired from the hurricanes. Ewa was great to work with, we had a couple issues that were addressed right away. Would recommend staying here!

Luxury in Siesta Key

Our stay in Siesta Key was excellent and surpassed our expectation. We knew that Siesta Key had been hard hit by the hurricane and that they were still trying to rebuild so we expected that there would possibly be some inconveniences, however, the hosts made sure that everything was as stated. We especially enjoyed the heated saltwater pool where we took morning swims to exercise and cocktails around the pool in the evening, it felt luxurious! Siesta Key Beach is wonderful, Sarasota and surrounding areas had so much to offer we couldn't fit it all in. I cannot say enough good things about our hosts they were very accommodating and gracious. This was one of our best vacations and we will definitely go back.Thank you to our hosts for wonderful accommodations!!

Catfished by condition of home

Please beware that the condition of this property is not accurately reflected in the photos. There is a cockroach infestation that has clearly been ongoing. The kitchen cabinets are dry rotting and there are strange electrical issues throughout the house. The screen in the pool lanai is missing sections. Hopefully the owner fixes these issues, but it is unlikely since the home is for sale. Proceed with caution.

Wonderful property in a great, convenient location. The host was an excellent communicator, providing tutorials and guidance. We'll definitely be checking its availability the next time we return to Sarasota!

Holiday Trip

We had a great time with our family for our holiday trip. The house was clean and just as described. Ewa is a great hostess and even brought more blankets and towels by just in case we needed them. It is perfectly located to the town and beach.

Problems

Sink was jammed up. We had 10 for thanksgiving and had to use slop sink in garage.Dishwasher water filled up sink which didn’t drain. Front door had issues. Recycling can was filled with garbage and maggots. Otherwise it was good

Great stay on Siesta Key!

We stayed for 5 nights and wished we could have stayed longer! The home was perfect for our needs with spacious rooms, clean and well taken care of, and all the amenities we could use. The pool and canal view were added bonuses. The location was especially great for us. We walked daily to the Village to enjoy the variety of restaurants and also the gorgeous public beach. The host was so responsive to questions and also helped us with a forgotten item. Above and beyond! Recommend so highly!!

Great with some mishaps

Great overall experience however, the cable and WiFi consistently loses connection, there’s a lack of privacy due to not curtains on the pool doors. Minor frustrations but overall great place to stay.
