5 Parking Spaces – 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. It also features the Pool area and Patio spaces, and the main entry foyer with elevator and stair access to all levels.

First Level of Living (2nd Floor)

The Great Room features a fully stocked Kitchen, Dining area with a custom table for 16, and a nice living room with ample seating (Queen Sleeper Sofa included) and a great room balcony featuring additional dining seating. There is 1 Bedroom on this floor, Master Bedroom 1, and it features a King Bed, Balcony Access, and an En Suite Bathroom. There is also a Half Bath off the Great Room and a Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer on this floor.

Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

The remaining 4 Bedrooms are on this floor, and all of them feature En Suite Bathrooms. Master Bedroom 2 (Bedroom 2) features a King Bed, Balcony access, and an En Suite Bathroom. Bedroom 3 features a King bed, Balcony Access, and an En Suite Bath. Bedroom 4 features a King bed and an En Suite Bath. Bedroom 5 features a Full over Full Bunk Bed (sleeps 4) and an En Suite Bath that features a Shower/Bathtub Combination. Our preferred vendors recommend most services be reserved in advance. After you have made your reservation, feel free to inquire with us on how you can secure your spot for these items. Most of our preferred vendors offer our guests discounted services and priority status.

Extended Stays:

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks at one of our Lido Key or Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have a mid-stay clean performed every 2 weeks during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote prior to booking. Linens and towels can also be laundered mid-stay for an additional fee as well. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and providing a transparent guest experience, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.

Free Parking:

Maximum of 5 Cars: 1-2 car Garage, and 3 cars in the driveway; Do Not Block the Sidewalk - strictly enforced by Sarasota County.
