On-site amenities include two heated outdoor pools and hot tubs, plus two tennis courts.

Enjoy easy mornings with coffee and the sea breeze from your fifth-floor balcony, then step inside to make breakfast when you get hungry. The updated space features an open floor plan, modern furnishings, coastal decor, and plenty of room to relax together. Whip up tasty meals in the full, well-equipped kitchen, then grab a bite together at the adjacent dining table. After a day in the Florida sun, cool off at home in the central air-conditioning while you toss the day’s beach clothes into the washer/dryer for a refresh. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This unit requires an HOA registration to be completed and submitted back to the HOA prior to arrival in order to have access to the amenities. Failure to register will result in no access to the amenities.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 5.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
