Very comfortable

Easy to get there, easy drive to tigertaill. The highest level is five so it's more afforbable for working people. nice mix of people there. The lighting in the apartment is amazing. Seems like a random thing to mention but wait till you turn them on.

Loved our stay!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable with a great layout. Loved eating dinner in the lanai and watching the sunset. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed. The backpack style beach chairs made the trek to the beach much easier.

A really great condo!

We just stayed at this property 3/9-3/16 and could not be more pleased. It was exactly as described. It had so many kitchen amenities! There were also plenty of towels, linens and sheets. We took advantage of the beach chairs, pool noodles and coolers in the unit. The Main bedroom had a queen bed, very comfortable. There is also a pull out couch in the living room. There is a small den off the bedroom with a twin size pull out chair: it was a nice bonus space where my teenage son hung out. There are 3 TVs. Laundry is directly upstairs from the unit. The elevator is very close as well as your own covered parking space. There is plenty of guest parking. We rented a boat from the Rose Marina right next door and ate at the Dolphin Tiki bar which is on property. The pools were nice (there are 2 plus 2 hot tubs. Loungers all around and a few tables with umbrellas. We had a great vacation and the host Tara is very responsive and booking/checking in/checking out was easy and seamless. Highly reccomended this property!

Adequate for a week in Florida. Good location - close to food & entertainment. Stocked with beach gear. But not vrbo ready - no dish soap, one roll of toilet paper and paper towels.

Nice pools

We enjoyed spending time at the complex’s pools - they were never too crowded and we had no trouble finding lounge chairs. The water was warm and the sauna was great! We did not attempt the walk to the nearest beach but it was an easy 5 - 10 minute drive. We were happy to find parking lots charging only $10-$20 because finding street parking was very difficult. As mentioned in previous reviews, the unit itself was in need of an update. The balcony was large but the traffic noise made it less than ideal for relaxing.

Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay if you are willing to not be on the beach. They have a fun tiki bar and grill facing the harbor and Tigertail beach is a short drive away. The hostess answered my questions promptly and check in/check out was painless.

I'd stay again.

I booked this place because I appreciated that the owner didnt over charge the fees. I'd stay again for these reasons: it was quiet, the kitchen was well equiped, plenty of towels and bedding, easy access to conference I was attending, notebook with restaurant recommendations and menus helpful, beach chairs available for use, it was clean, covered parking was nice, and the extra room off the bedroom was perfect to keep my luggage and clothing out of the way.

Two weeks in paradise.

Exactly as described. I had a wonderful stay. Place was perfect for me. I was very comfortable. My one recommendation is to get a better front door. Hard to open sometimes and one lock. I put a chair under the doorknob. Lol. Tara even gave me extra time on check out day due to my late flight. Much appreciated, thank you so much. Priscilla Wisser

We have been to Marco the last three years and we have rented here just once. We will be back again next year and rent with Tara again. The property has everything you need for a Marco vacation without spending $700 a night at the Marriott. Owner replies back immediately with any questions you may have. We had a great experience.

Cheaper than any of the big Marco hotels with so much more going for it...

This condo was clean and had all the things you need for a nice stay. The kitchen has a good range of appliances, including two kettles (which we've found a lot of places don't have), a good quality oven and a dishwasher. It's also nicely furnished with plenty of cupboard space for storing belongings. The WiFi and TV worked well and the balcony is pleasant for watching the sunset. The location was convenient and there is a large car park, though just to mention, you do have to register as a short term rental on the community website when you check in, so they know your car is authorised to be there, etc. The two pools on the site were another big plus. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo has so much more going for it than a room in one of the big Marco hotels and was much cheaper. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

It’s the little things

I had a little trouble trying to figure out checking in But the owner was very quick to respond, thankfully.. Really enjoyed the place but also appreciated the little stuff like having garbage bags and coffee filters, because who remembers to bring a coffee filter?.. Thanks for the stay

Excellent location!

Location location! Check in process was seamless, communication with Tara was spot on, bed was comfortable, sunset from the Lani was beautiful and the pools were lovely. Paradise seafood market is amazing. (3 blocks away) Beaches are very close Dolphins Tiki Bar was great on the property! The grouper fingers with red beans and rice😋. Unit needs a little refresher but at that price point a few little things could be overlooked , Your in Paradise enjoy! Covered parking was a plus! If you would like to dine out either casual or upscale. Get there early. Peel yourself away from the pool at 3 and get ready for dinner if not you may not get a table. Rose marina is next door. Boat rentals, excursions and a very nice ships store at the marina. We took a water taxi to Keewana island through Hemingway water tours (at Rose Marina) highly recommended! Secluded island with little to no amenities! But we like a quiet unspoiled beach We will be back but not at high season. Too busy for us.

beautiful location

the condo complex had two beautiful pools and the dolphin tiki restaurant on site has the best food however the unit we stayed in was a little run down and needed some real TLC also it wasn't very clean
