Experience luxury and convenience at this centrally-located place with top of the line in-building amenities including a pool, gym, and a restaurant! This newly built (2022) Yotel Pad studio not only boasts the said building features, but the unit itself has such a sumptuous quality together with its contemporary fixtures and well-maintained space. With a spacious indoor, this studio is definitely ideal for a 4-person urban trip with your family or friends!
Before booking, please know that we will need to register your stay at the management office which will require submitting of the photo IDs of guests above 18 years of age. Please also provide your estimated time of arrival as we would need to personally hand over the key FOB to you.

Downtown Miami Central Business District is the historic city center of what has become Greater Downtown Miami. It is generally bound by Biscayne Boulevard, Bayfront Park and Museum Park on the east, the Miami River to the south, North 6th Street to the north and Interstate 95 to the west. While it is technically Miami's official "downtown", the term "Downtown Miami" has come to refer to a much larger area. It is distinct from the financial district, which in this case is neighboring Brickell to the south.
Many transportation methods are a couple of steps away from the building.
Anything that you may need is walking distance.
➤ HOUSE RULES: Any lost fob will result in 60$ replacement cost.
➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.

1. The number of your Driver’s License or Passport of the person first checking in is required in advance to register you at the front desk.
2. The building fob has a total replacement cost of $80 if lost. Please take care of them since the next guest will be impacted otherwise.
