Beautiful ocean view/beach view, nice balcony, clean pool, nicely setup, comfy king bed with gorgeous view. Very clean. Building and condo is showing some age - however the quiet beach, gorgeous views and cleanliness were impressive!

Winter respite

Property was a little more dated than expected - but by the second day - we loved it. We brought our own sheets and blankets and that helped. Location was great; restaurants magnificent; view was extraordinary; and overall great location. We'll be back.

The unit was not clean prior to arrival, s teens were missing from both sluding doors, there was mold in 3 corners of the shower, missing tile in main shower, WiFi wouldn’t stay connected, marks and scuffed walls throughout Would never stay again

Fantastic view

Sliding glass door in Liv room won’t slide and wasn’t disclosed!Have to go out bedroom sliding door to access balcony. Blinds fall out opening the slider door needs new drapes instead. Very clean, easy access to beach, safe easy parking, fantastic view!

Vacation 2024

This was our second year to vacation at the Van Lee. The view from the 10th floor was awesome, we were entertained by the dolphins. We became friends with Pam & Danny on our last vacation and they were they last week with their daughter and her sweet little girls. In the pool area, all of the couples there seemed to be great friends. That made for a great vacation week. Ormond Beach we will definitely be back.

Beautiful Beachfront Ocean View Condo

This condo did not disappoint! The decor and layout is beautiful, just as it is pictured on the VRBO site. You can't beat the spectacular ocean view, sunrises.

Good Area, Great Beach

While the property is a bit older than others in the area, it was in a good location and it was right on the beach. Numerous bars and restaurants are within a short drive. The location, pool area, and the beach make this a worthwhile stop. Also, customer service was excellent. We had a small AC issue and it was taken care of quickly. I do not get that type of response from other rental companies.

Basic Management Company stay

We stayed in this condo in March. It was mostly clean, however when we checked in there was a used, wet towel in the bathroom and several vertical blind panels laying on the living room floor. The primary bathroom was sort of dingy; it was clearly clean but also had mold and black spots on the faucet and tiles. We also got only one beach towel (the listing stated there were more). When we reached out to the management company, they apologized but never sent more towels or fixed the blinds or came for the dirty bathroom towel. What saved this place is the direct access to the beach and the condo’s views. It was fine for a few days as we were mostly at the beach and pool, but keep your expectations lowered.

Great location

Views of the ocean cannot be beat. Location to communities up and down the coast are excellent. The unit, however, is dated. Several lights did not work. Vertical blinds continuously fell off the track. The unit was clean, though. The exterior is in dire need of a power wash and a paint refresh.

Great location!

In previous reviews you had to drive to get a key- you don’t have to do that I was provided the code the day of and it was seamless. The location is awesome and we had enough towels, tissue, and toiletries to last. There was also a lot of beach towels. The views were magnificent!! My dad was concerned that the sliding glass doors didn’t lock, but it someone scales 10 floors a locked glass door won’t stop them. We were perfectly safe. But be aware for small kids. I will come back!

Lovely Condo

Great place to relax after a trip to Disney. The balcony has wonderful views of the ocean and we ate all our meals out there. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella we found in the laundry closet and spent most of our short stay on the beautiful beach. The beds were comfortable and the decor was welcoming.

Beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We booked it for the view on the porch. It was so beautiful. We really enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning. I wish it was a bit less rainy the week we went. But we can’t always help Mother nature. We would definitely stay here again. Also they just have listened to the reviews because we didn’t have to drive anywhere to pick up keys. All were available in condo when we got there.
