Grand balcon donnant sur la piscine et la plage sans voiture (la piscine n'est pas chauffée). Balcon avant pour le soleil de l'après-midi et barbecue. Entièrement équipé avec des équipements de cuisine à service complet, des jeux, des puzzles, des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, des jouets de sable et des serviettes de plage. Linge de maison inclus pour toutes les chambres et salles de bain. Sèche-cheveux dans toutes les salles de bain. Fer à friser dans la salle de bain principale. Amazing!

My husband, our daughter (17), my parents, and I stayed for a week at this gorgeous (and very clean!) condo. Everything was as described in the listing and there was everything we needed to be able to prepare our meals and eat in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal for all of us, and we appreciated the little touches such as the lighted mirrors, laundry baskets in each room, the availability of bathroom items such as the small shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap (like staying in a hotel but soooo much better!!!), and the closet with supplies for time on the beach. There was a nice selection of games, puzzles, and even a toy box for younger children. It has become a tradition for us to put puzzles together on our beach vacations, and we ended up completing two 1000 piece and a very cool (and rather challenging!) circular wooden turtle puzzle, so we appreciated that game cabinet. Sunrises from this location were directly in front of the balcony, and we were even able to witness a sunrise marriage proposal down on the beach during our final morning there! Communication was excellent and Dawn was extremely responsive to any messages I sent. This property will absolutely not disappoint!!!

Sunrise balcony

The condo is wonderfully comfortable! Fun galore for all ages and daily sunrises from the balcony to die for!!! We will be back!!! If in Ormond Beach before the end of April 2025 checkout the statues!

Home Away From Home!

This was our first time visiting the Ormond Beach. We were in town for the Daytona 500 and found it to be a great location for getting to and from the race. The condo is as beautiful in person as you see online. So well stocked! You have all the comforts of home. The decor is beautiful. There are thoughtful touches throughout the condo that makes it special. The balcony is very spacious and we viewed many beautiful sunrises. The pool was under construction so we were unable to use the pool area, but the refurbishment of the pool was looking great. We had plenty of chaises and chairs to use in the grass area. Communication with the owner is excellent. This is an excellent rental and if back in the area would definitely rent again. Thank you Michael and Dawn.

Gorgeous Huge Condo with a Fantastic View

Everything about our stay was perfect. The large beautifully decorated condo fit all our needs (6 adults and 2 children). The ocean front view was breathtaking. The condo was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Dawn was very responsive to any questions we had and was kind enough to give us an early check in. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect Family Getaway

We spent a week at this condo for our 8th wedding anniversary with our two children, and it exceeded our expectations! The condo is decorated beautifully and incredibly clean. The owners have everything you need for the beach, cooking, for the kids, and way way more! You’re close to Flagler Beach and Daytona, and close to so many great restaurants. The best part was it was a one minute walk to the beach, which was very clean. It was very easy to communicate with the owners and to check in and out, and we would love to stay here again!

Great view!

This place has it all! Spectacular view of the ocean, plenty of space to relax and has every amenity you could ask for. We stayed for 6 days and loved the place. It's so quiet and peaceful. Owners were very responsive. I will defintely book this place again.

Everything you want in a beach condo

Our stay at this condo was unanimously voted by our entire family as the best beach rental we've ever experienced! The hosts have truly thought of everything to make a beach vacation not just enjoyable, but unforgettable. The welcoming touch of a bottle of wine and chocolates was just the beginning of the thoughtful surprises that awaited us. The condo itself is beautifully decorated with a cozy, beachy vibe. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials which made preparing meals a breeze. The living spaces offered stunning views of the ocean. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space. The balcony offered the perfect spot for morning coffee while watching the sunrise . The proximity to the beach was unbeatable; we were just steps away from the sand, making it easy to spend the entire day by the water. The hosts also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. It’s clear they’ve anticipated their guests’ every need, and it’s these small details that set this rental apart from others we’ve stayed at.

We love Van Lee 306

I don’t think I could ever put into words just how much we love this condo that Dawn & her husband have made so fantastic. The new bathrooms? LOVE! The third floor is easily our favorite view. The thought process into every single detail is why we come back. We views from the condo alone, are worth the trip. We will continue coming back to Van Lee 306 for the hospitality, for the ease of check in, the locals have won us over! Dawn & her husband are the best hosts! The pool this year we were told they were doing things to make it clearer, but having a pool with easy access is so nice for our handicap passenger! I love that the beach is private & so is the pool. Can’t wait to book again next year! Let me get to that!

Perfect Stay

I could write a book on how perfect this unit is. Having little children, we lug a lot for beach trips. This unit had plenty of beach towels, chairs, toys and even boogie boards. The pack n play and booster seats for the kiddos were so appreciated along with all the indoor games and toys. The unit was spacious, plenty of comfortable places to sleep and so adorable! My favorite part is the huge dining room table! We are definitely coming back. Between 10+ annual trips to this building and having several other family members staying in other units.. this was our favorite. Thank you for having so many keys to the pool!! That was so helpful. And the lovely bottle of wine was such a generous touch. Kitchen has everything you need. Washer and dryer are huge for large loads. Top notch!

Beautiful summer place

Decorated beautifully with the perfect view My sister & nieces and I love it and this was our second visit. Plenty of room to have our cousins Over for a buffet . The weather was beautiful too.

The condo that eclipses the others!

Fantastic stay! The condo is spacious, beautiful and has a magnificent view. Micheal and Dawn have thought of everything to make you feel at home. The kitchen is well furnished including coffee for the first morning and basic condiments, plenty of sunscreen lotion, beach gears, charging station in each room (which is a nice touch!). The check-in and check-out went well. We highly recommend this property and the hosts.

Great location right on the beach

This was a great place for a family vacation. The beach was really nice with great surf fishing. Not crowded at all either. The condo is updated and clean with nice amenities. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We were very pleased with everything.

Everything we needed and more

Everything about this place was perfect. Located near where our grandsons live and work so they could stop by. Plenty of parking and the unit was clean, spacious and well stocked! Convenient to shopping and restaurants and just steps to the beach.Enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again next year.

Michael and Dawn have been married for over 35 years and enjoy spending time together and especially the beach! The VanLee 306 is part of their retirement plan and they loved getting it ready for rentals in the meantime. They love spending time with their son and daughter and their families and three grandchildren.

Michael and Dawn chose this home after two years of vacationing in the same building. They love the three bedrooms and the ocean views from the main living areas and the master bedroom! And they love the quiet town of Ormond Beach and all the shops and restaurants within a short distance.
