Wake up to colorful sunrises in your oceanfront vacation home. This updated and cozy seaside condo has you covered, from 2 spacious bedrooms to 2 modern bathrooms. The renovated kitchen makes dining on your private beachfront balcony a breeze.

This luxury condo includes hand-scraped hardwood floors throughout, and panoramic ocean views. Beautiful built in bookcases in the living room and crown molding in the main spaces create a feeling that you are right at home. The floor plan is open and airy, ready to have you relax after a long day of fun. The master bedroom includes direct balcony access and spectacular direct ocean views as well.

Amenities include everything you will need to have a worry-free trip to our peaceful, private access-beach: high-speed internet, high-definition smart TVs with cable, fully stocked kitchen, luxury linens, private washer/dryer, large saltwater pool (not heated) with lounge chairs, exercise room, library, secure building access, beach chairs / equipment and toys.

Just minutes from our serene beach are a host of activities including:

PERFECT PROPERTY!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We absolutely LOVED our stay here; it’s such a beautiful unit!! Everything was wonderful: the building, the view, the furniture, bathrooms, kitchen and closet space, all provisions, cleanliness, and host communication. The master bed mattress is beyond comparison! All issues we had were quickly and politely handled. It would be nice to see updated beach balcony furniture when we return, and we will DEFINITELY be returning! Thank you for everything Noah!!

This unit was perfect for our stay - great ocean view, nicely appointed and functional floor plan. The location allows easy access to everything. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Accommodations

My family and I had the most wonderful time at this property and highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area. The prior 3 days before arriving, we did 3 days at Universal Studios and wanted to find a place on the beach that was much slower paced that would allow us to unwind from the all the hustle and bustle of Orlando. We couldn’t have picked a better place to do just that. The rental itself was as close to perfect as is gets. The owner (Noah) told me he had the interior completely remodeled. It was so tastefully done and was just so cozy and comfortable. We’ll be back for sure.

The condo was in a great location and was very comfortable! The beds were amazing and honestly had everything we needed for our stay. Noah reached out multiple time to check in and make sure everything was great! I would absolutely recommend this condo and will definitely be back!!

Excellent stay!

The moment we walked through the entirety of the condo, we knew we would want to come back. Gulf Shores/Orange Beach is our usual stay, but we wanted to try something different this year for our family vacation. Ormond Beach has our hearts! The property was beyond clean. The ocean view was amazing. THE CLOSET SPACE FOR ALL YOUR BELONGINGS IS AMAZING! The bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of space. The kitchen was fantastic for family meals. The living room perfect for relaxation after the beach. Oh, and let’s not forget the private washer and dryer. The location was well within 20 minutes (at the most) to all of the restaurants we wanted to try. Our host Noah was beyond attentive making sure we had everything we needed. Even letting us know about a space launch we could watch right from the balcony! But we chose to do so on the beach. Highly recommend. It was beyond cool for the entire group. I can’t say enough good things! 10/10 to everything!!! A truly comfortable home away from home feel. We will be back next year!

Florida Family Fun

Great accommodations to enjoy all that Ormond Beach has to offer. The beach is easily accessible and the condo is very clean and bright with all that one needs to enjoy both the pool and beach. Loved the balcony in the early morning to watch the sunrise with a cup of tea and at night, the sound of the surf to fall asleep to. Noah is an excellent, responsive host. Will definitely return!

Nice home base

My husband and our 21yo son travelled to Florida for a few days rest and a music festival in Daytona. The condo was easy to find and entry was simple. The cold AC was especially welcome in the record heat. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The washer dryer was a nice amenity for tidy up before the return home. The location was especially convenient, a Circle K wasn’t even a 5 min walk and a Publix grocery only half a mile. The beach was also clean, very quiet and had a family vibe. Overall a nice location, we would recommend and would return if in the area.

Wonderful Condo and Great Communication

We loved this condo and all it had to offer! The beach is right outside and not having to cross the A1A was nice. Noah communicated with us and made sure we had all we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Memorable!!!

We absolutely loved our stay!! We had frequent contact from our our wonderful host, Noah on current activities, restaurants, etc. The sunrises were amazing and the view spectacular! The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely be staying at this wonderful condo in the future! Viewing a live launch at Kennedy Space Center was the highlight of our stay!

Little slice of Heaven!

Our annual Supercross trip was made even more memorable this time around, thanks to the amazing property we stayed at. It was by far our favorite out of all the places we've stayed at for this event. The property was exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded our expectations in some ways. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. One of the things that really stood out was the host's thoughtfulness in providing us with information about the shuttle launch that was happening on Sunday, which proved to be incredibly helpful. All in all, we had an amazing time, and we can't wait to come back to this property in the future.

Everything about our stay was great; oceanfront perfect view, modern and spotless decor, well appointed including kitchen needs, bedrooms were large and had comfortable beds with lots of closet and cabinet space. Property manager checked with us to make sure all was well.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

The condo was very clean, quiet, and well-maintained, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Also, the building was conveniently located. The furnishings and decor were likewise pleasing, along with excellent book selections. The balcony gave us an exceptional view of the ocean and beach. We were even more impressed with the owner of this condo. He was very attentive to detail, readily accessible and quick to respond. His kind spirit and thoughtfulness made a lasting impression on us and we look forward to our return.
