Fits approx 4 cars- driveway/side of house and street parking also available. Conveniently located near hospitals, shopping, restaurants, gyms, schools, & bus lines. Approx. 5 minute drive to Albany hospital, 20 min drive to OSU or Corvallis Hospital, and 30 min drive to Salem. There is 1 window A/C unit in kitchen/living area. If you are looking for a fancy place, this is not it! But looking for comfy mattresses to sleep on, a homey pet welcoming place, this is the place!
The space
3 plus bedrooms, 1.5 bath home with Approx 1500 sq ft of living space, covered back patio, covered front porch, and Fenced backyard. If you are looking for a fancy place, this is not it! But looking for a homey pet welcoming place, this is the place! There are 3 bedrooms and each one contains 1 queen size bed. Guests have told me the mattresses are very comfy. There is a converted garage bonus room with half bath. There are a couple chairs and an additional table with 6 chairs in the garage. The main bath is located near the 3 bedrooms and includes a tub and shower. There are plenty of bath towels. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with dinnerware, utensils, cookware, Keurig-like coffee maker and a 12 cup brew coffee maker. There is a dining table with 6 chairs. the living room has a couch and loveseat with 2 side chairs. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer a small side bonus room/office space with a small table and 2 side chairs. There is a back covered patio with storage room and a shed in the back yard. Items can be stored for longer stays. The yard is taken care of professionally and backyard is completely fenced.
