Nice home with attention to detail and very cozy in a neighborhood close to Oregon State University. It is on a busy street, so a bit noisy at night, but not too bad. A very roomy kitchen, 3 small bedrooms, a large family room and one bathroom. I stayed here with my 3 kids and we enjoyed our stay- very nice vintage style and clean!

Perfect home to stay

House is super adorable! Very cozy and inviting! The check in and out process was super easy!! All the beds were very comfortable!!! Location was perfect! I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend anyone looking for a charming house to stay in, this would be the place!!

We found this rental to be sparkling clean, have very comfortable beds and living room furniture. We were so grateful that it also had AC!

Great Stay!

We stayed at the property while we were attending the Junior Olympics in Eugene. The home was cozy and very clean. Located close to restaurants and grocery stores. Property manager quickly responded to any concerns we had. We highly recommend this place.

Fit the group perfectly

Charming house with three separate rooms very spacious. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other comfortable beds. Very clean and had everything you would need, it was a great stay for family weekend to see family..

Very cozy house well equipped

We rented this small house while in Albany working on our rental property. It is a very comfortable house and the owner was very accessible for any questions or problems that arose. There is some light road noise but in a very quiet neighborhood and we slept like babies :-)Kitchen was well stocked and appliances all in good working order. The bathroom is smallish but fits the size of the house. We would stay again if we needed a house in Albany. Also very convenient location close to shopping.

Very Cute Home!

Really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The updates to this home were so cute, they did a great job. The communication with the property management was clear and there were directions and rules listed in the home for convenience too. Wish we would have had a few more days there, certainly will be return renters!

This property was nicely appointed on the inside . The neighborhood is a little iffy .

Thank you for your review. The neighborhood is safe and family friendly. One side of the home faces a busier street (as noted in our listing). We keep our prices competitive and believe all of our extra touches and amenities more than make up for the busier street location.

Make sure that the cleaning service replaces the bath soap.Keurig coffee maker pods did not work.

Thank you for staying with us. I’m sorry about the bath soap from previous guest. We did replace promptly with new soap in the bathroom. I have alerted and reminded my cleaning crew about that as I told you. Not sure why the coffee pods for Kuerig did not work for you. We have never had an issue with that in the past but will make sure to check on that for future guests.

Girls Trip

My sisters and I stayed here for two nights and took a day trip to the Ankeny vineyard which was close by. The house was great, nicely decorated and furnished. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very spacious and well stocked with utensils, pans and dishes (just needed a rubber spatula but we made it work without one!) - we cooked several meals. The coffee bar was a great feature. One bathroom for three women was not a problem. If I am every in Albany again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean & Cute home!

We had a great stay at Lynda’s home. Everything was as stated in the listing. It was very clean and easy to access. I love the vintage farmhouse decor and furniture! It made it feel very cozy and felt like home. It is exactly as stated in the listing. It is a good size home and has plenty of room for a small family to stay. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby, and Lynda was prompt with responding to messages. Highly recommend for anyone to stay!

Very clean and comfortable

We enjoyed this property. As there was a heat wave during our stay, I was very thankful for the a/c! Communication w Lynda was great. She replied asap to my emails. It was very clean and I loved the coffee bar! My one complaint is the traffic noise, but the listing did mention this. I feel that if they updated the windows on that side of the house, it would be quite beneficial as the windows are paper thin. We would def. stay here again.

Cute, Clean and Convenient!

Two friends and I spent two nights at this home, and we all agreed this is a well decorated, cozy house with all the conveniences we needed for our stay. The home was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen and living area provided plenty space for the three of us to lounge and visit with each other. The location was convenient as we attended games at OSU (about 20 minute drive) and U of O (about 45 minutes) over three days. The house is 2 miles off I-5, and it was nice to be able to park on the driveway. We appreciated the detailed instructions provided beforehand (driving, parking, accessing home, and checking out), as well as the detailed instructions posted within the home. It made our check-in, stay, and check-out so much easier than what we've experienced elsewhere. Photos and descriptions are exactly as stated in the listing. We'd definitely stay in this home again if we need a place to stay in this part of Oregon!

The house was great just being buy a busy hearing the traffic but I also live in the country so maybe the street noise wasn't that bad if you're use to it.
