This was a fun and unique place to stay with a well-stocked and comfortable living area. With a basketball hoop and games and books and great TV we were right at home.
We loved the property, the barn, the chickens, and the dogs. Everything was just wonderful. Everything that they described was there, plus coffee. The stay was just wonderful!
This is a great property with lots of different opportunities. Our 14 year old son was all about archery shooting, our 11year old son enjoyed going on treasure hunts on the property finding some coins, which he could trade in for some sweets, our Border Collie puppy enjoyed the other dogs from the owner and camper to play with and my husband and I could just relax, explore the property, enjoy the conversations with other guests and Mike and having a good time all together at the camp fire.
Mike and Stephany create a great country experience just minutes from town. The chickens are entertaining and produce awesome fresh eggs. My dogs are hearty but on the smaller side, they didnât want to leave.
I really enjoyed my stay at the tree farm surrounded by nature and beauty whichever direction I turned when outside along with amazing views from either side of the barn windows upstairs. I had all I needed with 2 beds, a comfortable couch, toilet and sink, mini kitchen, and kitchen table to eat at. The shower is downstairs in the common area along with a full washer & dryer and more. It is only 5 minutes from downtown, and I plan on staying again the next time I am in town.
The loft was very nice. It was what was advertised. My classmate hadn't stayed in a RVBO before and was a tad hesitant. The front gate fob was great once we found it with help from other guests. The freezer in the loft mini fridge is frozen closed and needs defrosting. The air conditioning was wonderful and very welcoming as we climbed the stairs. Beds were great, shower, too. The chickens, cat, decor were fine. There's a cob web on the two pheasants. 16 skulls, rugs and taxidermy in the loft. The shared area was really nice and we loved the automatic vacuum.
Used the accomodations as a jumping off point for day trips to hiking, state parks and ocean.
Hosts couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Accomodations were squeaky clean and convenient. Loved the suĆounding property and spaciousness, as did our dog.
Definitely a return - keeper.
The property was well maintained and felt safe, the amenities were more than expected. The Carsners were a pleasure and very attentative to any needs during our stay.
My 11 year old daughter and I stayed here for Spring Break; a mom and daughter trip. We needed to get away from the city (We live in Eugene only 50 min away) and wanted a rural experience but also close enough to a town to shop at vintage and antique stores and eat yummy food. Not only did we get just that but the full experience of Mike and Stephany's place filled our hearts with so much joy; from the chickens and collecting their eggs for breakfast, to walking our dog on the property, to watching movies on the huge TV snuggled together on the couch then going downstairs and making a pizza together, to sitting around the huge fire Mike and Stephany made visiting with them and the other guest staying at their other rental. This place was everything! The beds were so comfortable, the downstairs kitchen was so fun to cook in and had everything we needed, the space was large and roomy, I could go on and on. My daughter and I made so many memories here that we will never forget! Stay here for sure!
Fantastic place to stay! A man cave at its best! Best place if you are traveling with dogs!
Had a fantastic stay! Loved the property and just the best stay in the loft! we were in town for our National Specialty Dog Show. We came with our dogs and Mike made sure he had crates set up for us and areas to walk (even let us use his dogs kennel runs which was great when it was raining) Mike offered to watch our dogs if we were going to be away for any length of time. The property was fenced and gated, so made us 2 women traveling alone feel safe. And, in the end, we WON Best in Show at our National! Well, soon Stephany knocked on the door. She had flowers and balloons to congratulate us! (not to mention some of the farms honey!) If I ever go back to Oregon, I will be staying here once more!
A cozy stay just a few minutes from the city, the host was friendly, and the Barn Loft was everything it promised. The cat Kiki kept us company overnight and delighted us with it's presence. Will definitely return just for Kiki.
We enjoyed the quiet and solitude of the farm in Lebanon. Mike was very accommodating and met us at the gate for a late arrival and check-in. We walked the property and enjoyed the pastoral views of rural Oregon. The apartment was cozy and comfortable with a shared kitchen and shower below.
We somehow ended up with a tree farm. We built a campground on this farm for family and friends to come visit. We offer our hospitality to guests to stay with us when family and friends are not here. Veteran owned and operated.
We are a gated and fenced property. You are encouraged to explore everything on our property. We have grid tie solar that will provides 125% of our yearly power needs.
