The Space
Two queen bedrooms, a convertible sofa bed in the living area, and a bonus floor mattress give you flexible sleeping for up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms have dedicated desks, making it equally suited for remote workers and vacationers.
The kitchen is fully stocked — full-size fridge with ice maker, modern cooktop and oven, coffee maker, full cookware and bakeware. Front-load washer and dryer in-unit. Fast WiFi. Smart TV (bring your own streaming logins).

The Location

The stadiums are walkable, making this an ideal spot for World Cup matches, concerts, and Seahawks or Sounders games year-round. Free street parking (rare for Capitol Hill), plus easy access to the streetcar, bus, and light rail.
Medical travelers: Swedish, Harborview, Virginia Mason, Kaiser, and several other hospitals are all within walking distance.
