With a walk score of 96, enjoy a piece of Seattle in the heart of Capitol Hill. One block away to dining, shopping, and nightlife from the most vibrant neighborhood that Seattle has to offer. Less than a 10-minute walk to Link Light Rail Capitol Hill Station, which takes you to other areas in Greater Seattle. 5-minute drive to downtown Seattle. 3 blocks away from Volunteer Park. Free street parking with a pass is provided, or park in a paid lot across the street for a guaranteed spot.

The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 970 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance. The townhome complex is located off to a side street away from the main road, ensuring a quiet stay.

**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Living room with queen sofa bed, 58'' Smart TV, kitchen, dining. Air conditioned.
• Second Floor: Yellow bedroom with queen bed, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo, laundry. Heat only.
• Third Floor: Orange+Blue room with queen bed, 50'' Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. Air conditioned.
• Fourth Floor: Rooftop patio with outdoor seating

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available directly across the street from the townhome complex for a guaranteed spot.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Lovely home, very comfy for four of us. Great location to get around Capitol Hill and to public transport. Quiet, easy check in, and cute decor. Recommend!

Who needs a stair climber?

This is a beautiful, immaculate property in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. But, as my niece (who lives nearby said), “half the square footage is stairs!” That’s an exaggeration, but ranging over three floors, with an outside fourth floor patio, there are a lot of stairs if you are carrying heavy luggage. That said, we loved our time there. We played games on the top deck and loved everyone having their own floor. I thought it was a bit expensive, but they do not ask you to do much for checkout-a plus as we were rushing to the airport. I found the identity verification a bit of a hassle, and the original email never came through, so we stood on the front porch not understanding why the key code didn’t work. They were very, very responsive and helpful and we were able to get in and I was sent another access link. No other problems once I had completed that. It’s a beautiful place!
