Our 400 sq ft studio-style cottage includes:

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Our driveway offers three complimentary parking spots and an extra space for a trailer
• The gravel road will lead you on a scenic yet vigorous hike to the pond, picnic spot and towards Camp Creek
• Guests will need to use their own log-ins to access Netflix and other streaming services through the smart TVs
• Black bear sightings are common in this area. However, keep a safe distance, lock your car doors, avoid feeding them and leaving trash, food or toiletries outside
• Weather & Power Outage Disclaimer: Extreme weather and unforeseen power outages may impact travel and utilities. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to these events, as they are beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unexpected disruptions.
• Please note that our cabin is located in a natural, wooded setting. While we take proactive measures to maintain the property and manage the surroundings, we cannot fully guarantee the absence of wildlife. Guests may occasionally notice insects such as hornets or bees, as well as other wildlife like snakes or even bears—all of which are native to the area. Rest assured, we do our best to monitor and address any concerns promptly, but their occasional presence is part of the natural environment.
