- Minimum Age to Book: 21
- Home comes with 2 reserved parking spots. Parking passes must be displayed. Overflow parking passes are available at the front office for $10/parking spot.
- Check-in is 4pm, checkout is 10am.
- No golf carts, slingshots, RVs, boats, watercrafts, campers, trailers, recreational vehicles or commercial vehicles are allowed to park on the property.
- Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. Pool hours are 8am-11pm. Fitness Center (18+) hours are 8am-9pm.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, events, parties and unauthorized guests.
- A $100 fine will be assessed for violating any rules of Gulf Highlands Beach Resort.

Was ok

Sink downstairs stopped up. Furniture needs replaced extremely uncomfortable also has cover overtop as of its dirty. No mop to clean floors, bath tub need fixed hot water worked at times. Should let you know they do not offer hair dryer, had to go buy one. I also asked to check in early was told I would receive codes when it was finished. Upon sitting at pool waiting to check in early I witnessed cleaning crew go on and leave. I proceeded to ask if I could check in early even i needed to pay additional fees. The lady kept saying it wasnt ready maintenance needed to go in etc entire time nobody needed to inspect she sent code at 3:59. After lying saying maintenance was going in to sign off it was ready not remembering me saying I was there and it was a lie.

I booked this place at gulf highland at the last minute. And everything was wonderful and what I loved the most is that they emailed me and checked on me daily. But you guys will see us again

First and Honest Review

My family and I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was that there was trash all over the front yard/patio area of the unit. There was an old doormat and broken bamboo sticks in the tree next to the front door and some food trash in the grass near the front door. When we entered the condo it was very noticeable that the unit had not been cleaned. The trashcan was full of melted popsicle that had turned moldy and sticky. There was coffee spilled down the front of the cabinets and door area. The baseboards were covered in dust/fur and the floor had not been swept. The refrigerator had liquid that had been left and molded. The carpet was crunchy because it has not been shampooed or vacuumed. Among the uncleanliness was an array of basic items that didn't work. One of the lamps in the living room didn't turn on. There was only one set of batteries that you had to swap back and forth in the remotes for the living room tv. The master tv didn't work. The master bedroom door did not shut all the way because it was hanging of the hinge at the top. The shower handle in the bathroom kept falling out. I attempted to contact the owner/managing company about these issues and never received a response. Overall, I am very disappointed in this unit and would not recommend it until improvements are made. The only positive for this unit is it's proximity to the beach and amenities behind the unit.
