Perfect ocean front home with pool, beautiful decks, two huge family rooms, and elevator. Perfect for entertaining inside and out. Located right on the beach, 3 steps and you’re at the oceans edge. Every bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Ocean Views thru-out the home. Loungers, day beds etc. Five minute bike ride to boardwalk, shops restaurants and more.

Excellent long weekend

House was beautiful and well appointed. Hosts were super helpful. Our family enjoyed this long weekend so much because of the property and how close it was to everything in VA Beach and the ocean. Would totally recommend this property.

Nicest beach house ever!

This Nicest Beach House Ever!This house was so much nicer than we expected! The best part was the huge deck off of the main kitchen and living room level that had an enormous shaded seating area with two big couches and three big chairs. Access to the beach is just outside a gate from the pool area. So easy my 87-year-old mother was able to navigate it. We had 10 people from the ages of 25 to 87 and it felt very very spacious. And finally, our hosts could not have been nicer. They met us when we arrived and gave us a tour and were available to us if we needed them during our stay.

Mini family reunion

We had a fabulous weekend with our family at this amazing home! The location and views were incredible with all the amenities of home but with the accommodations of a Four Seasons. This is truly a must see and stay. I highly recommend and can’t wait to enjoy again!

Wonderful Beach Home

We had a great experience staying in this home. The home was great! It was beautiful, comfortable and clean and had ample space. The pool was great and the beach was so close. The home is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently located to attractions, restaurants, and stores. We highly recommend! The hosts provided us nice local recommendations and immediately addressed any questions.

Paradise in Virginia Beach

Our stay in this beautiful home was more than we could have expected. From stepping out onto one of the incredible decks to dipping into the spectacular pool to the few feet walk onto the pristine oceanfront or just the breathtaking view of the ocean, we delighted in the beauty. We enjoyed everything about this home and every minute we were there. No one wanted to leave. Words I would use to capture our time here would be: fabulous, fantastic, amazing!!! Also, Evelyn was a perfect host who shared many personal preferences, answered numerous questions, and acted promptly with all inquiries. Our wonderful host definitely made our stay all that more special. We look forward to coming back to this paradise!

Family Beach Trip

Everything was as advertised. Other than a quick golf game, we didn't need to leave the property for the entirety of our stay. Pool was great and the location from the beach was convenient with four young kids.

First Family Vacation with Granddaughters

Working with Evelyn was so enjoyable, she is very thoughtful and kind. The house over delivered in every way. The beach view was beautiful, the house was laid out that allowed for multiple gathering spaces. We are grateful that we could enjoy this house on our vacation. The grandbabies enjoyed playing in the pool and on the decks. Looking forward to returning to this oasis for family time and some R&R which included hugging and kissing those sweet baby girls.

We live here full-time in Virginia Beach and decided we wanted you to enjoy what we have enjoyed all these years. We’ve renovated and made it perfect for us to entertain and lounge. We’ve equipped our house with everything you need to have a fun, entertaining, lounging experience in a setting that is always breathless.

This property is special because we’re located in a private neighborhood in Virginia Beach. No parking issues. Right on the beach. Kids can safely ride their bikes and take walks along our streets.

our home is located right on the beach . It’s perfect for lounging in every room inside and out. Whether you want to be sitting on the beach or sitting at our private pool watching others putt on our putting green. It’s the perfect oasis of getting away. Large decks for reading books or entertaining the family.
Just a bike ride away to Rudees Inlet or the boardwalk. Also the Aquarium, Splash park , and many restaurants along the beach are also just a bike ride away.
