All you need is to bring your clothes! Here is what you can expect:

The Outdoor Area:

Lounge by the large pool and spa or relax in the covered cabana while your friends are playing games in the house or pool table. When you’re hungry, there is a charcoal BBQ grill and outdoor dining place, so you can prepare your T-Bone steaks.

Very private heated pool:

$150 per day to heat with a two-day minimum. A 4-6 person hot tub is always free! The pool cannot be heated if the temperature is below 45 degrees during your stay.

The living area:

A spacious open floor plan allows for a great indoor-outdoor experience. The fully stocked kitchen opens up to a dining area with seating for 12, a living room with 55 inch TV for game nights, a fireplace, separate game area with a pool table. The Leaving room and the Game room are equipped with smart TVs ready for your favorite movies or TV shows (Just don’t forget to log out of your accounts). The Shuffleboard table was removed for repairs.

The sleeping:

This home will comfortably sleep up to 12 people. Don't want to share beds? We can sleep 6 in individual beds! Note, there is a king bed in the master bedroom. All furnishing, mattresses, and bedding are very comfy.

Other amenities:

Washer & dryer, coffee machine (drip or k-cups) we’ll provide a small startup coffee supply, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, hairdryers, and much more.

You get the entire home, free parking, and free Wi-Fi. Off-street parking for up to 4 cars (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway) plus ample street parking. Everything is provided for you; a Very private heated pool. $150 per day to heat with a two-day minimum. A 4-6 person hot tub is always free! About 22 minutes from Downtown Dallas and 5 minutes to Downtown Richardson. Minutes from both I-75 and I-635.

Video Surveillance:
For the sole purpose of monitoring pool conditions, a camera is present at the pool, a camera above the front door pointing to the front yard/street, and one camera above the garage pointing to the driveway alley. Cameras are recording audio and video 24/7. No cameras inside the property
