My family really enjoyed this home. We made use of the pool every day. We also appreciated the large dining room table and plenty of couch seating in the family room. Would definitely book here again.

We had inadequate refrigeration for two days so we basically lived out of ice chest. When we got to the property the pool was so cloudy that we couldn’t see the bottom. I think someone came out to shock the pool on Friday while we were at the beach. By late Saturday afternoon we could see the dolphin on the bottom. The place could have used a good cleaning before you rented it. I don’t think it was guest ready. You guys can do better.

We greatly enjoyes this property. We found it to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool was a nice size and was wonderful for the kids after the beach. The location was excellent. Close to beach and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would book this property again. Its one of the best properties we have stayed at in Port A.

The only complaint I would list is that I did have a dog with us during this trip, which is one of the main reasons this location was picked because it is pet friendly, but the yard was overgrown in the front and the back with stickers throughout every patch of grass and old leftover waist from previous animals in the back so it made it very challenging for my dog to go outside and use the restroom without getting stickers all in their feet or stepping on some others dogs waste. None of the Front porch lights worked and neither did the pool light for night swimming.

Great stay again

Always a good stay! We always try to stay here. Suggestion since we are older and in need of a one-story due to physical limitations — maybe some different furniture that’s not so hard to get out of/recliners? Overall still our favorite place to stay!

Easter Weekend 2025

Great location and floor plan. We are a family of 5, had plenty of space. Very close to beach, shops, grocery, and gas station.

Everything was great. Perfect for “more mature” people. No stairs to climb! We come each year around this time. If this property is still available, we would certainly want to stay there again. Even our 4 pound Maltese loved it. Thanks for everything.

WiFi and AC went out on 3rd day. AC fixed after many brutal hours and WiFi not fixed for almost 12 hours.2 outlets in kitchen don’t work plus multiple other outlets around the house.Went out back to enjoy the pool and relax on the first night but there were so many flies and I mean a lot. Found the source- huge piles of poop in backyard left from previous guests Primary bathroom-top 2 drawers don’t work and the whole vanity is falling apart. Laundry left from previous guests in dryer totally wet. Don’t mind doing our own laundry but when we first walk in having to do leftover laundry isn’t the way we wanted to start our vacation.Shelf in refrigerator broken. We put it back together but were too afraid to use it.Ice machine doesn’t work and left big water puddles.Handle on shower in master bath shower kept falling off (popping off).Wi-Fi connection is really bad - really bad.Bunk beds are squeaky and difficult to get a good night sleep if you move.The 2 pans were awful and the food stuck to them even with olive oil, butter and spray. We had to go by our own cookware.If staying more than 3 days- when they say bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, seasoning, washer and dryer tabs/sheets, and dishwasher tabs do It

Great time in Port A!

We enjoyed our stay in Port A! The house was perfect and provided everything we needed. My only complaint was the pool and outdoor area didn’t appear to be cleaned in awhile. There was a large amount of sand in the pool and surrounding area. With that said, we enjoyed the property and will certainly stay here again!

Dirty

The room was dirty, couldn’t use one of the toilets because if was gonna fall over. Had no where to put trash the trash can was full. The pool needed cleaned and needed more water

Birthday weekend

Nice, but the bar stools were not safe to sit on. Outdoor picnic table was broken. Sheets didn’t fit the beds. Those are just some little things we noticed. We had a wonderful weekend tho.

Time with family

Difficulty getting in to the house, had to use back door while there. including after waiting in the hot July heat and calling twice. Pool had a lot of sand. Nice overall, but would not choose this property again for the amount of money spent.

Just Okay, but would not stay again.

This property is nice but it seems neglected. The pool and patio were so dirty when we arrived we couldn't use the area. The manager called the owner to get it cleaned and needed pictures from us to show how dirty it was to send to the owners. They had pool guys come to clean, but the pool decking around the pool was full of dirt and drains were clogged. Very disappointing as the pool was one of the primary reasons for selecting this location. The house could use a good cleaning as the floors seemed imbedded with grime. Wifi could use an upgrade as the signal is very weak and only works in the living room/kitchen/dining area. The TV in the master bedroom couldn't connect.

Disappointed

I always like to say the good and the bad during my reviews. The good: the home layout is good. For the size of the home, it was a good size for our family of 4 adults. There is a pool in the backyard as well as the use of the garage, which was nice considering we rented a golf cart. There was a nice-sized living area with a sectional couch, which allowed everyone to spread out. The bad: Upon checking in we immediately saw the garage had not been cleaned. The rugs were soaked, so entry into the home, you were walking over a wet & sand-soaked rug. The garage was full of sand, so to prevent bringing all the sand into the house, we had to sweep it out ourselves. The backyard near the pool was filthy. There was trash, kids' toys, and limes scattered all around the pool. The pool itself was cloudy and took several days to clear and once it was clear, it was obvious the pool had not been vacuumed it quite a while because it was full of bugs/leaves. Once in the home, we quickly realized that towels were a luxury they didn't believe in. You had only 3 towels per bathroom, a dish towel was in the master bathroom (for the sink), and the towels themselves were stained and the cheapest white towels you could possibly buy. There was also only one towel for the kitchen. The customer service was also poor. We lost internet (house has internet only TV's) for two days and although I called several times I never got an answer on a fix (it never got repaired).

My husband and I stayed with my 69 year old mother. We loved our stay. Perfect place! Super close to the beach and we loved having the pool to ourselves. It was a bit cloudy for a couple of days but probably due to shock and we would prefer that over a dirty pool. It did clear up after a couple of days. The house was perfect and had everything we needed (cooking utensils, pots and pans, air fryer, etc.) The beds were extremely comfortable with nice soft sheets. The rental management company was prompt and easy to contact, so communication was great. Check in and check out were seamless, overall we would absolutely stay here again. Very nice set up and house, love that it is pet friendly! They even had dog bowls and water out upon arrival. Thanks for a great week and stay!
