Nice stay, condo was very clean and nice decor. Had everything needed. This is first level unit and was able to park right outside the door. Couple notes: this condo is farther than expected for walking to Broadway, it is a 25/30 minute walk on the outskirts so maybe not the safest. Also the pool is quite farther down and smaller than expected. There is no door on the bedroom so keep in mind for privacy.

When we entered there were fruit flies all in the kitchen and the condo was so humid. We are from Memphis so we understand humidity but it should not be this humid inside a building. Also, there was no hot water in the shower. Luckily we were only there for 2 days. Liked the location and the bed was comfortable. But would not stay here again.

We were never made aware of the fruit flies or the hot water during your stay, and had we known we would have sent pest control out right away and gotten a technician to the water heater the same day. We've since scheduled maintenance to look at the water heater so future guests don't run into that. We'd genuinely welcome the chance to host you better next time.

Perfect in every way!!!

This condo was by far one of my favorite places to stay. It was tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable, the amenities they provided were phenomenal, and it was in the perfect location. I stayed three nights and four days and it was an amazing relaxing vacation. I look forward to staying again.

Great Location on Riverfront

Very clean and a great place to stay at away from home. I would recommend this space to anyone who comes into town to hang out downtown and Opry Mills mall is only 15 mins away.

Was a pefect get away for a couple. Walking distace to the main nashvile strip. (18 min walk) Free parking! Small balcony for coffee and cookie and the bed is really comfy.
