Oceanfront Designer Condo with Huge Views! Lauloa Resort is located at Ma'alaea Bay, near many attractions, shops and restaurants. The resort features an ocean front pool and BBQ area. Walk to Maui Ocean Center (Aquarium), take a sunset sail or whale watching tour from the nearby harbor, play miniature golf and more at Maui Golf & Sports Park, or shop at the Maui Harbor Shops. There are no resort or parking fees. Ma'alaea is a perfect choice for those that want a convenient central location to drive to Hana or Haleakala.

Lauloa 402 has a central A/C unit, is a 1- bedroom, 1-bath renovated condo located on the 4th floor, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This spacious, modern condo will provide you with all the comforts of home. Settle in with comfy furnishings and plenty of space for your family or group to spread out. From the lanai, your ocean view is a front-row seat to watching the humpback whales in whale season, sea turtles, multiple outer islands, sunrises over Haleakala, and beautiful sunsets. Get there by sidewalk. Or drive and be there in less than a minute. Smart lock with a unique access code for easy self check-in.
