Ma'alaea Banyans 314 is a breathtaking condo with direct oceanfront views. Sip your Mai Tai on your private lanai while watching the sunrise over Haleakala and the sea turtles bobbing up for air and rolling in the surf. In the winter months, you'll have a front row seat to breaching whales as they come back to the islands to birth and nurse their young in the warm Hawaiian waters.

Step inside and you'll find an inviting, open concept living area featuring a large flat screen TV, sofa sleeper for additional guests and major Aloha vibes. This unit includes a split AC in the bedroom and a window AC in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, has everything you need to prepare meals in house. Just bring groceries!

The serene and tranquil bedroom features a comfortable Queen size adjustable mattress, large mirrored closets, a flat screen TV, complimentary WiFi and cable along with a ceiling fan to keep it cool. Ma'alaea Banyans features beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool to make any stress you have brought with you melt away. Slip into the pool and enjoy the ocean view while you relax in the Maui sun. This is also the only complex in Ma'alaea with a Jacuzzi. There are also BBQ grills for guest use.

This is a low-rise building of 4 stories (with elevator) in a jewel of a location with its cool trade winds, miles of sandy beaches, and a wide variety of fun family activities. There are also shopping and oceanside dining options, and the Maui Golf & Sports Park featuring two 18-hole miniature golf courses, bumper boats, a climbing wall, and the exciting bungee trampoline.
