Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac near Coeur d’Alene and Silverwood Theme Park, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers plenty of room for multi-generational vacations, sports tournament stays, family reunions, and relaxing group getaways.

The game room is a converted garage space and is not connected to the home’s central heating or A/C; portable fans and heaters are provided seasonally for added comfort.

Inside the Home:
The main level brings the kitchen, dining, and living spaces together, creating a comfortable gathering area after a day exploring North Idaho. The cozy main living room features oversized sectional seating perfect for movie nights, board games, or simply relaxing together.

A second downstairs family room gives larger groups extra space to spread out and unwind.

The fully stocked kitchen includes updated stainless appliances, cookware, dishes, serving pieces, a drip coffee maker, and essentials for family meals and group dining.

• Primary Bedroom: King bed + ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi-style tub

The treehouse offers old-school, unplugged outdoor fun and does not have electricity or running water. Adult supervision is required.

Accessibility Note:
The main front entrance requires 5 steps. For guests who have difficulty with stairs, an alternate entry is available through the garage; however, another member of the group must first enter through the front door to open the garage from inside. Once inside, one bedroom, one bathroom, the laundry room, family room, game room, and backyard can all be accessed without stairs.

A Few Things to Know:
• The home comfortably accommodates a maximum of 12 guests.
• The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and stay at the property for the duration of the reservation.
• To help maintain the peaceful residential setting, quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM and parties or large events are not permitted.
• Whispering Pines is a pet-free and smoke-free home.
• After booking, guests are required to complete a standard rental agreement and ID verification, along with a refundable security deposit hold prior to arrival. Please complete the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and check the email address associated with your reservation for the agreement and other important information about your stay.
• Exterior security cameras are located at points of entry for guest safety, property security, and insurance purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.
