We loved our stay. Great view and soothing ocean waves. Great location with access to many parts of the island. Walking distance from coconut marketplace is a perk. And no resort fees or vibes.

Gorgeous View & Beautiful Property!

This is all you need for a beautiful stay in Kauai! Love the location near the beach and markets and restaurants. Room is the perfect size for 2 people and nice to have a kitchenette and beach supplies. Hope to return one day!

Now I'm very unhappy!

I could not get into the unit the first night I arrived. I was told I would receive a refund for the one night within 5 to 7 business days and it has been 2 weeks. VRBO has stopped replying to my emails and I'm not getting any help.

Fabulous Stay with Amazing Location

Loved our first stay and experience in Kauai. This older resort facility has beautiful well kept grounds with lush garden areas. We loved the great view of the ocean right off the 2nd floor balcony which allowed for an amazing experience morning, evening, and even through the day (as it stayed mostly shady through the day). We ate many of our meals on the balcony to enjoy every hour possible. We found the resort to be quiet and uncrowded compared to some others we noticed while visiting other locations. Everything was comfortable and in good working order. Having the AC made for a comfortable sleep each night. The kitchenette sink was quite small and a little hard to manage dishes, but we appreciated having everything we needed there for our use (plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, etc.) The only thing that caught us off guard was finding the mini fridge had no freezer, as we assumed it would have at least a small freezer section. Otherwise it was really a perfect stay for us. Thank you so much!

This was the PERFECT place to stay. The location on the east shore could not have been better. Coconut Marketplace is basically in the parking lot and made everything so convenient. It has 5 options for eating (Bobby V’s, Mediterranean (delish!!!), chicken something, tai, and several options inside the store plus a shave ice place and inside the store you can also get ice cream/coffee/gelato, etc. There is also Lava Lava beach club restaurant literally right down the sidewalk on the beach side. Fabulous and the scenery is amazing! It was a very peaceful atmosphere, right on the water and chairs to accommodate! You can’t go wrong!!
