The Iconic Allen's Boots Clubhouse

This spacious condo is located in the heart of South Congress and while the loft boasts a background rich with history, the space itself is far from outdated. You can relax comfortably in the contemporary penthouse living room, a commercially equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a dinning table for 8, and a private 2nd story patio. The space has thick polished concrete floors, locally sourced granite counter tops, a Jacuzzi tub, brilliant white linens, and several rolling cowhide rugs.

The entire apartment located on top of Allen's Boots. The entrance to the clubhouse is completely separate from Allen's Boots entrance.

While South Congress is one of the lowest crime neighborhoods in the city. Security/privacy is one of our primary concerns and we want to make sure you feel safe. We have a full security camera system (OUTSIDE ONLY), unclimbable gates, a front gate buzzer, remote controlled metal shutters, and keyless entry or keyed entry.

There is 1 king bed in the master bedroom

1 king bed in the guest bedroom

2 queen beds in the loft and a small full bed. (Please be aware the full bed will not accommodate anyone over 5ft 11in and is not in the photos)

2 queen sized blow up mattresses

We do allow parties or events but you must first clear with us them before booking.

If you are a photographer interested in doing a photo shoot, we do offer some specific windows of time available. If if you are interested in doing a hourly rate instead of booking an entire day, please inquire.

The fire place is not for guest use.

The second bedroom is connected via the patio. It is part of the house but must go outside under a covered patio to access it.

The loft bedroom area with the 2 queen beds can get a little hot during the summer time. Also you must be able to climb a ladder/staircase to access it.

Check-in instructions. The house has an electronic deadbolt with a new code for all of our guests. Normal check-in time is 3:00pm but we might be able to do earlier at your request.

Check-out instruction: Check-out is at 11:00am.
Please make sure all trash is put in the trashcan inside or outside in the bin. There should be no trash on counters, bathrooms, bedrooms, or outside. Please make sure all used dishes are in the washer and it is started. You are not responsible for stripping the beds or starting laundry. The cleaning company will charge double the cleaning fee if the house is left in a horrible condition. It will also charge for horribly stained sheets and towels. A makeup towel will be supplied in each bathroom and should be the only things used for makeup.
