This home boasts an open floor plan and high ceilings in the living area, allowing abundant natural light that accentuates comfortable furniture and adorable decor. Enjoy our thoughtfully outfitted kitchen, and backyard outfitted with a COWBOY POOL, FIREPIT, and OUTDOOR DINING.

This 1960’s ranch style home was recently renovated and is located in South Austin just south of 290. It is 4 miles from South Congress, 5.2 miles from Zilker Park and 8 miles from UT Stadium. Our favorite coffee shop, Radio Coffee is located a short car ride away, and you can snag delicious breakfast taco at Veracruz Taco while there. This location is all about settling into a quiet transitional neighborhood that has quick access to major roads to get you to all the Austin attractions you are looking to visit.
You will have access to the entire house and backyard! This includes the two car garage and driveway that can fit up to 4 vehicles. There is also ample street parking if you prefer. There is a locked owner’s closet located to the right of the front door. Please do not try to access it during your stay. Please note that the indoor fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It is not a working fireplace and should not be used to light any type of fire. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from attempting to use it for any purpose other than decoration.
