Enjoy this recently updated property with off-street parking for 10 vehicles, a charming cowboy pool, and spacious outdoor patio area.

The Space:
Stocked with thoughtful extras and premium upgrades to give you a 5-star stay, this newly listed two-story home with two separate levels (access is via exterior stairs/no interior stairs) comes with both levels and the privacy of being the only guests on the entire property, making it perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways, remote workstays, and special occasion gatherings. You can rest assured we’ve put in place extensive cleaning and disinfecting procedures. Look no more. You’ve found the perfect rental! Regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/pet/night + any applicable taxes. This will be charged through Airbnb after the booking is confirmed. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. There is not an enclosed fence for pets at this property. Thank you!

Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 8 standard and 14 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.

Maintenance: This property has regularly scheduled hot tub maintenance/cleaning every Monday & Thursday.

Even with our regular pest management services, it’s possible you may encounter wildlife and other creatures at this property, including fire ants, scorpions, wasps, and snakes. Enjoy but be careful and stay on our property at your own risk.

The house was beautifully decorated and very clean, which we really appreciated upon arrival.It’s in a great location walkable to south congress. There were a few important details that would’ve been helpful to know in advance. Such as the stovetop in the kitchen only works with magnetic pots, but unfortunately, many of the pots provided were not compatible. We weren’t made aware of this until a technician who came to assist with the TVs helpfully pointed it out and showed us which pots would work. Clear instructions in the listing or on-site would have made a big difference.The washer was also an issue. It was missing the entire start button, and once we managed to get it working, it made a very loud rattling and knocking sound that was quite alarming. It definitely seems in need of maintenance.Another concern was the downstairs bedroom door, which is made of glass and had a hole in it. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing, and I would have appreciated knowing about it ahead of time, for safety because we had smaller kids with us Additionally, we experienced a water leak downstairs. When we reported it, someone did respond and came out the same day to take a look at it but the leak was not resolved.Lastly, while I understand and respect cleaning fees, I was charged a cleaning fee and received a very lengthy checkout list requiring extensive cleaning before departure. It would have been helpful to know about these expectations before hand as it felt a bit contradictory.
