Swimming Pool:

• Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and must be added for the entire stay (minimum 2 nights stay).

• Please note the pool can only be heated when the outside temperature is above 60°F, and we require at least 48 hours advance notice.

• The pool is serviced every Tuesday by our maintenance team.

• The pool is for guest use only. Pets are not permitted in the pool.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
