We enjoyed our stay in this home over Baylorâs homecoming weekend. The listing was accurate, but just know that this is an aged home, so it has its character. Parts have been updated, and were certainly appreciated, but itâs still an old country home overall.
Only other negative we experienced were the dogs next door being occasionally annoying, first at 10pm when the kids were asleep, and then again at about 6am. So while this home is on land out in the country, the neighbors and their dogs are very close by.
Apart from whatâs stated, it was otherwise a quiet stay on a very quiet road, the kids slept great when the dogs werenât out, and there was plenty of room in the home for a family of just 4 to spread out. It rained through our stay, so we didnât get to enjoy the full property, but there were lots of great outdoor areas to play or relax if the weather was better.
Overall, it worked great for what we needed, just didnât quite hit a âperfectâ for us.
