This home was great for our bachelorette weekend in Waco! The house is in a central location, close to all the best spots in Waco. The house was so clean and the host was wonderful at troubleshooting our issues getting into the home. Would love to stay here again!
The house was beautiful and clean. Easy location to our event. Large space for 9 adults, upstairs restroom has low ceiling so be careful. Overall, we would stay again.
We came for Silobration. Picked this property for its online listing which is grossly misrepresented. I am a VRBO superhost. The problems with this property are vast . It needs a huge overhaul to say the least.
This house was so special. Our family of 5 travelled to Waco to visit Magnolia. The house was minutes away. We each had our own bedroom. The house was clean and neat and the living space was comfortable. We reached out to our host at one point and they responded within minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable
The property was well maintained and clean, only had a few issues mostly with that first room to the left of the downstairs bathroom. It has a door with a window that you can see right in and one of the shades was missing on one of the windows so when the sun came up it was light up like the 4th of July...no sleeping in in the "sun room" as we called it. lol other than that the host was great and responded immediately when our code to get in wouldn't work and allowed us to have an hour extension on check out. Also beds were very comforable. Overal we enjoyed our stay!!!
Had several issues initially but host quickly fixed the next morning. Very responsive. Decor in kitchen, dining area was really cute. Nice washer and dryer. Bathrooms needed a better deep clean. No closets or any where to hang anything in the bedrooms. Bedrooms very sparsely furnished. Pots and pans need to be replaced, bottoms were flaking. No pot holders. One dish towel. Just needed some updated stuff for the kitchen. It is an older home but cute. Lots of potential. Limited outlets.
From the listing, we had expected a more well-kept property. The yards (front and back) were overgrown, there were empty beer cans and pizza crust in the yard when we arrived. Also the keypad didnât work with the code we were given by the management company. Trash was out when we arrived and never got pulled back in from the curb.
Inside was cute. The kitchen & DR were nice. The area rug in LR was noticeably dirty. The couch was stained in many places. The first floor bathroom had been partially updated but had an old dirty plastic shower curtain around the tub that was gross. One of the bedroomâs bed was made but missing sheets, and there were no extras in the house.
The 2nd floor bathroom pocket door was hard to open/close and when closed, you could see years worth of dirt/dust on the mouldings.
Overall, we had just expected better based on the listing. We still had a great time, but this house needs some deep cleaning to live up to its listing.
