This recently remodeled unit offers a door leading to the backyard with a private hot tub for your use only. Enjoy the city view from the front porch. Very close to downtown conference centers, restaurants, bars & shopping with quick freeway access. 13 minute drive to the airport.

Great location, minutes from Capitol Building and Salt Palace

This was a great property located just minutes from the Salt Lake City Capitol Building, airport and the Salt Palace Convention center. The rooms were comfy, the kitchen was the perfect size. The amenities were great, we tried the hot tub and it was clean and hot. There was plenty of parking and the owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Historic place in a great location.Worked great for our family of four. Nicely decorated with everything we needed for our stay.Very walkable to the Capitol and Temple Square.Only downside is the HVAC system is Very loud! If you are watching TV in the main room, when it comes on you have to turn the volume away up.:(

Could be a 5 star with a few improvements

Home was clean. We stayed 3 nights....there was only 11 k cups and 4 of us; a few more would have been nice. Hot tub had a lot of chemical that caused both my kids skin to burn. When we arrived the towels were neatly folded on the beds but were all still damp and needed to be dried. The parking space is very small especially if you arrive in a truck. A little yard work wouldve made the hot tub area much nicer.

Exceeded my expectations! Located on Capitol Hill, so expect hills/steep roads. Quiet, close location to food and many other attractions downtown. 10/10 would stay again.

Good Location

Overall good stay. Easy check-in and great communication with property manager. The unit wasn’t totally clean upon check-in but we dealt with it. The hot tub was great. The location was close to cafes, shopping, restaurants and the Capital is a block away. 45 mins to the Cottonwoods and 50 mins to Park City.

The place was perfect. Exactly as described and the host was top notch.

We had a great stay. The host even let us check in early which helped us tremendously. The house was in a great location and just as described. We have stayed at a lot of places and this one is one of our favorites. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect place to stay for March madness

The property was in a great location. Close to the Delta center, right next to the state capital, Hiking nearby, and she has several excellent guidebooks available in her home. Absolutely perfect for our stay.

Cute, small, and perfect location. 2 bedrooms and one bath—reminiscent of a college apartment. Thankful for the fans in the bedroom for noise management. Easy to check in and check out. About a 15 minute walk into an adorable downtown SLC

Great spot

I loved my stay and would recommend it for anyone needing a spot in SLC. I think the neighborhood is a great area for walking and the hot tub was perfect.
