Good Location

Overall good stay. Easy check-in and great communication with property manager. The unit wasn’t totally clean upon check-in but we dealt with it. The hot tub was great. The location was close to cafes, shopping, restaurants and the Capital is a block away. 45 mins to the Cottonwoods and 50 mins to Park City.

Better than the pictures!

Exceeded my expectations! Located on Capitol Hill, so expect hills/steep roads. Quiet, close location to food and many other attractions downtown. 10/10 would stay again.

Perfect for a snowy weekend

We loved the private hot tub and used it plenty. Close to everything including walking distance to Memorial Grove Park. Clean, cozy and well stocked.

Family weekend

Such a great small house. We worried about keeping the people below us awake with our littles and the creaky floors. Also the hot tub has hours you cant use it which were when we would use it the most. But the kitchen was great for eating in and there was plenty of room to sleep for us

Great location!

Cute, small, and perfect location. 2 bedrooms and one bath—reminiscent of a college apartment. Thankful for the fans in the bedroom for noise management. Easy to check in and check out. About a 15 minute walk into an adorable downtown SLC

The place was perfect. Exactly as described and the host was top notch.

We had a great stay. The host even let us check in early which helped us tremendously. The house was in a great location and just as described. We have stayed at a lot of places and this one is one of our favorites. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

So Cozy!

It was a great place to stay, note it is a 3 unit building so there may be guests staying above or below you while you are there! The hot tub was phenomenal and there was plenty of room for our dog to roam. The BBQ was a great addition as well and everything in the house was so clean and all appliances were very nice! The A/C was the only problem we had since it wouldn’t let us lower the temp at night but other than that i definitely recommend this stay.

Thoughtful

The host had a mint and (packaged) ear plugs on each bedside table. I loved that! My husband is a snorer and I forgot my ear plugs so it was so perfect.

Great access to downtown in a quiet neighborhood

The property is an older home that has been beautifully renovated. It's just a block from the Capitol and a short, convenient walk to downtown. We visited for a soccer weekend, and it was also easy to access the Regional Athletic Complex. The shared bathroom and access to the second bedroom worked well for our group, but as noted in other reviews, it's something to be aware of. Overall a great property and well priced.

I give it an 11!

We traveled with a family of three and we’re very comfortable. Highlights: -One block from the Capitol! -Beautifully decorated(the beds were comfortable). -All the amenities of home and more! Some extras that were so appreciated: -Ear plugs that were left by the bedside -Keurig machine -Really nice hotub(and very clean)! Kay was very responsive and helpful. She even allowed us to stay an extra day when we had to take a late flight. We will definetly be retuning next year at this time!

Perfect place to stay for March madness

The property was in a great location. Close to the Delta center, right next to the state capital, Hiking nearby, and she has several excellent guidebooks available in her home. Absolutely perfect for our stay.

Great house in central location

Our host Kay was wonderful. Very helpful and responsive. The location of the house was great. Walking distance to everything in Salt Lake City, and an easy drive to the ski resorts. The house was very clean and spacious for 4 people. The clean and well-maintained private hot tub was a nice treat after a long day on the slopes. Would come back anytime.
