Ce bâtiment est flambant neuf du hall d'entrée à cette unité. Magnifique unité de coin avec balcon donnant sur toute la vallée de Salt Lake City, les montagnes Wasatch et le centre-ville de Salt Lake City.

Livré avec un lit queen size dans la chambre et un lit de repos dans le salon qui est un lit de taille complète! Dort bien!

Que vous soyez en ville pour une conférence, pour faire du ski ou pour rendre visite à une famille, c’est l’endroit où vous voudrez être. Cuisine complète avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La lessive est dans l'unité aussi! Il y a une salle de sport dans le bâtiment ainsi qu'un bain à remous qui offre également une vue épique.

Mixed experience

The condo we rented was clean, had excellent natural lighting, perfect size for the two of us, and had what we needed. Overall I enjoyed the location and it had a cool view of the city and valley. However the building itself was damp, there was some kind of leak in the lobby that left the floors wet with puddles and it wasn't being addressed properly beyond a fan being placed to help dry it. The a/c unit was barely working. We were lucky the temps outside weren't too hot yet, as I had to open the doors to the outside at night to bring the temps down in the space. The window blinds were inoperable or broken and maintenance never came to fix it. If the a/c wasn't broken, I would still stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful hoist

When we struggled to read the instructions do to both being low vision the hoist of this property was so patient and so helpful with us and the day was awesome. The place is cute clean little neat it has two different balconies. I would love to stay there again and the host was just absolutely went beyond.

Great stay in safe neighborhood hope they can add some more amenities like coffee filters and creamer for longer term guests and a bedside lamp but otherwise great!

We enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the secure parking option, though I now realize on-street parking would have been been fine, as well.

Great stay!

Quaint with excellent views! Paying for the parking was well worth it! Host was very accommodating to any issues ( only had one missing shower curtain that got replaced right away) ! Not properties fault, just wish the hot tub was able to be used. Will definitely stay again on my next trip!

Walkable Neighborhood

We had a great experience staying here. The neighborhood was walkable and close to a couple of the Green Bike rental hubs which gave us easy access to downtown. The hosts were easy to communicate with and gave lots of local suggestions for our trip.

Business downtown; perfect place

Perfect spot to walk to meetings and restaurants. Sunny, clean apartment. Host was always there and accommodating. Detailed directions. Everything was truly awesome! Would happily stay here again. 👍👍

Weekend in SLC

Great one bedroom penthouse apartment in downtown Salt Lake City. Well stocked kitchen was able to make breakfast and dinners in the unit. Perfect for walking around downtown and capital area. Communication with host through Vrbo app very easy. Highly recommend.

Perfect for us

Unfamiliar with this area so we’re not sure what to expect. It was ideal! Close to anything. Great walkable area. We were in town for med treatment at Huntsman and it was super close. Property is new and unit VERY clean. Parking is worth the $10 a night. If you have a dog ( which is allowed) there’s great close areas to walk them. Well appointed art. Comfy bed and great lay out. It’s small but seemed large. Shower was great (hot and strong). Tried to book again but unavailable. Hope to stay here again. Book it available. Nice place

Ski trip home base

Fantastic location to use as a base camp while hitting as many mountains as possible. So close to SLC amenities and restaurants, and easy drives to the slopes. Very responsive and helpful host- would definitely stay here again!

UT 2024

Stayed here on my way back from my yearly visit to Utah and honestly we couldn’t have picked a better place for SLC and our needs. It was so nice to decompress here before our flight home. The neighborhood was calm and the unit was very accommodating and cute. We kept saying how much it seemed that they put thought into the unit amenities. There was also a lot of natural lighting and a great view which was wonderful. One of my favorite things about UT is the mountains and we had a view of both the city and mountains.
