Welcome to this thoughtfully designed 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath home that has an absolutely epic outdoor space to enjoy between your time at our beautiful beaches, thrilling theme parks and buzzing cities. This home is half of a duplex, but with a private driveway and entrance, and completely private and fenced back yard/pool space, it is the perfect getaway for you and the family. The location makes it easy for you to get to everything St Pete has to offer!

The Space

Every aspect of this home has been designed to breathe new life into this 2 bed/2 bath home.

While the home is equipped to host 6 people, we think the perfect group size is 4-5. We’re happy to host a 6th guest, but keep in mind it will be a little cozier.

Florida has amazing nights all year long; why spend them indoors!? We have put an incredible amount of thought and work into provided an amazing outdoor space for you. Go for a dip in our 20-foot pool! Enjoy meals both cooked and served under the lights at our beautiful outdoor dining area, or crack open a bottle of wine and sit around a firepit while taking an occasional dip in the pool to cool off on those hot Florida summer nights!

Is that a cloud you’re sleeping on? Nope, that’s just the luxury mattresses we stock in every bedroom! So no need to draw straws on who sleeps where, because every room in the house is its own little sanctuary, including a gigantic closet to keep those suitcases out of site (this way it feels a little less like vacation and more like home!)

Tampa Bay has some of the finest restaurants in Florida, and eating out can be fun for sure. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That’s why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you’ll need to cook your party a nice dinner and all the tools you need for a fun cookout!

What an amazing place to stay! The house was just as described and the pool was perfect! The location of the property is great and the communication with the owner of the property was flawless!! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and everyone anyone and everyone! Tvacation!

ST PETERSBURG 2/25

Joe was very accommodating during our stay. Location was great to all beaches and shopping and restaurants. Place was currently for sale so cannot rent for next year as of yet. Found dressers would have been nice for clothing but not everyone stays for a month.

Very comfortable for our 'reunion' group of 3

The home is well located for accessing attractions in different areas and has parking that easily accommodated our 2 large cars. The layout is great for socializing and maintaining conversations as people move throughout the house. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The person who slept on the sofa bed added foam padding (brought from home) after the first night. Both bedrooms have TVs. Another reviewer described the furniture as apartment furniture and that's a good description. I appreciated the generous number of towels and each of us commented on the great appliances at some point. We didn't bring a dog but pups are charmingly welcomed. The living room sliding glass door opens invitingly to the pool and it got a lot of use. Angi was very responsive to questions and messages. After our stay, I mentioned that a step was missing from the pool ladder (harder to get out if you're short) and Angi is making plans to fix it. I'd happily stay here again.

Little retreat

We had a great time during our stay. The house is central and have everything around it. The beaches are 15-30 min distance from it. The dogs sunbathed on the backyard the whole time. We had smores on the fire place and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.

Great place to stay!

We had such a great time staying here! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The blankets and pillows on the beds were amazing. We spent a lot of our time at Fort Desoto and I highly recommend checking it out! Best of all our pups had a great time and this home allowed them to enjoy with us. Host was amazing and truly made sure we had a great trip. Highly recommend this property!

Furniture was apartment sized. Nice though. Bed was very comfortable. Pool was clean until mowing crew came. Nice sized pool. For relaxing in. Would definitely stay again.

Springbreak Family RoadTrip

The house met our needs. It was 10-15 min from the beaches we wantes to go to. The pool was a buy chilly. My biys onky used it twice. Not knowing this part of Florida, I wasnt sure if the area was safe or not - so we spent most time at Madeira, Clearwater, St Pete and Treasure Island areas.

Incredible stay, very relaxing.

I can't say enough good things about this spot! The pool was exactly what we needed. The house was adorable and extremely clean. And they actually had REAL TOILET PAPER! If you know, you know! A plethora of amenities you don't normally find. They did an incredible job of making a calm beautiful space to rejuvenate. I was here for work but the place was so nice we stayed a couple extra days and just had some time to ourselves. A lot of things to do close by and even though I was an hour away from my work, I'd stay here again bc the drive was worth it. Angie was responsive and we had fun chatting together. It makes for a better stay when your hosts are extremely nice and kind. One of the higher rated places I've stayed and we usually use another platform to rent but I'm gonna keep this one in my pocket for the future!!

Quaint and Relaxing

I can't say enough positive things about our stay. The house was clean and cozy. The pool was perfect for relaxing after walking around the Art district. The location is near to some great restaurants as well as grocery stores. Short drive to catch the interstate in either direction. The hosts are a wealth of knowledge about the area and give a great guidebook for what is around. 5/5 for us!

Good value

Don't let the front of the house or the neighborhood concern you, the property and hosts do a very nice job. The interior was exceptionally clean. The small pool (really a buried above ground pool), proved to be plenty for us and for our toddler grandchildren. The dark brown surrounding edge of the pool does get very hot in the afternoon sun. We had some significant issues with both showers and a kitchen cabinet door when we first arrived. However, the host responded promptly and thoroughly. Everything was fixed and worked perfectly thereafter. The kitchen appliances show signs of wear, but everything works fine. The checkout procedure is by far the easiest and most guest friendly we have ever had. The location is not next to anything but is central enough to be an easy drive to everything. The neighborhood is lower middle-class, but was quiet. The street is not a major through route, so there is very little traffic. All in all, it is a good price/value proposition.

Wonderful property

Loved the space in the outdoor area with the pool is amazing especially on a hot day! We needed for nothing, everything is provided. The only thing I can think of that would be a great addition would be an umbrella outside around the pool area as the sun is pretty intense. Loved your place!

Host is very responsive

This rental definitely worked for our family during our stay in St Petersburg in March. The location was a little far from everything for us, however, but not too bad. We did have some issues come up during our stay (the pool wasn't working, hot water in the master bathroom) but the host was very quick to respond and remedy them. We did enjoy the small fenced-in backyard - sat out there each morning and evening!
