It was enjoyable, however it was dirty upon arrival just little things like hair in the shower, pool dirty, etc.. The bed in the master bedroom was broke the outlet on the side of the room with the window did not work at all. The water only got lukewarm could not adjust the thermostat. We remained hot the entire trip. The pool filter lid was broke. There was a camera in one of the rooms which made us slightly uncomfortable. The backyard was not like the pictures portrayed at all the Playhouse the steps were broken. There was no shade like in the pictures. However the pool was still enjoyable after a long day at the beach, and the neighborhood was very nice and welcoming.

Pool was brown had chairs in it. I tried for 2 weeks to find out about property from Evolve i emailed and called daily for 10 days before we went, they finally said property was fine. it was anything but fine. I no its not the owner fault but Envolve or Vrbo should know about property they rent. then they have a nerve to charge me .For what? I'm still going to fight that

Medical traveling family

We visit St Petersburg because my daughter has procedures with a specialist at John Hopkins All Childrens. We are pretty particular when it comes to where we stay because of her medical issues. This rental was in an older but quiet neighborhood, the neighbors were friendly and waved at us when they saw us. The house was very clean when we checked in. The only issues we had was the code and trying to unlock the door- we called the owner and she answered right away, was very helpful and kind. The dishwasher had an issue as well, which we made them aware of, again she was very responsive to and had someone out quickly to fix the problem. It was not something that ruined our stay- it was something that could have happened anywhere, even in our own home. The appliances are all new and nice. I greatly appreciated having our own washer and dryer and not sharing with an entire floor of people like you sometimes do in a condo rental. There was MORE than enough cooking utensils, cookware, it honestly felt like being at home. The pool was just enough for my kiddos. It’s a quick drive to a few different beaches. We enjoyed Treasure Island when we weren’t at appointments. Honestly- this one will be on our list to stay at again for future visits back. Someone mentioned the towels in a previous review- we felt there were plenty and that’s what you get when you go to a hotel anyways we did pack our own beach towels though. Loved the decor and the homey feel. My kids had a GREAT time ;)

Tile floors =brown socks only complaint

Loved our stay here, only issue we had is the floors appeared to be clean but if you walked around on the tile with white socks they would be brown within a couple hours. Other than that the house was very clean. Could use some small TV's in the bedrooms. A++

Stunning and Super Clean!

Wow! This place was perfect for my family and I. 6 people can sleep here easily! The swimming pool was our favorite part. We swam the entire day at our own private pool. The BBQ grill in the backyard made lunch and dinner easy! The house was very clean and it felt way better than being in a hotel room that would have been small and stuffy. The kids had lots of room to run around and the sofas were comfy to watch a movie at the end of the day. For sure will be back! To rent an entire house for this price is amazing! Also it’s close to so many things. I had to get some meds and CVS was less than 5 minutes away.

Towels were super old and scratchy only one garbage bag for the whole week we stayed no extra toilet paper one roll each not enough paper towels one roll super cheap and no extras that is hard when we cooked there daily no scrub for doing dishes had to use our bathroom wash cloths and the bathroom with tub held water the whole time we showered however good clean enjoyed the location and the cleanliness as well as the pool grill and the back yard just as described not disappointed at all just need to solve the little minor issues with no toilet paper no garbage bags no paper towels and what they did have was just so cheap it fell apart and the towels and wash cloth need to be upgraded

Bare Bones

It was hard to unlock the door, it usually took about 10 tries to get it to unlock. The neighborhood is old and un-kept. Seems like everywhere we went was a 30 minute drive except to Winn Dixie The cable for the TV was difficult to understand and we did not find any instructions. I appreciate the king sized beds, but all of the linens are cheap, very few towels, very thin and small. The sheets were pretty awful too, while I do understand a plastic cover on the mattress, this one felt like something you would put on a toddlers bed. The pool was dirty when we checked-in. The skimmer net was busted and not of any use. We scooped the bugs out with a paper cup. We were in the pool on Friday morning when the pool cleaning guy showed up. We had to get out so he could put the chemicals in. Even with him vacuuming the bottom, it was always ugly because sand from the filter was blowing back into the pool and it's a very small pool. (I have a pool with a sand filter) The yard was totally unkempt, my family didn't mind the weeds and the dead plants, but I felt like I should be doing yard work, I did not find it relaxing at all, not what I hoped a Florida vacation would look like. Then at 8 am on check-out day, the landscaper came was there for about 25 minutes and they yard looked much better, but there was a lot of grass cuttings in the pool when they left. The cleaning crew was on the street waiting for us to leave, we walked out at 10:00 sharp on purpose.

Grand prix trip

The villa was clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Beds so comfy. Towels were old but owners are replacing them. Would say the pool is very cold as doesnt have heating. We hardly used it. Otherwise we had lovely stay
