30th Anniversary Restful Stay

Very clean, comfortable bed, convenient to restaurants and ice cream and coffee shops. Hannah was very responsive to any questions I had.

We loved the condo. It was very nicely decorated and very clean. The mattress was so comfy. And the view was extraordinary. We'll be back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! The location is awesome with beautiful views of the Gulf. The condo was super clean, very chic and comfortable. Hannah was a great host! We will definitely be back!

BLUE MOUNTAIN BEACH CONDO

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying here for our anniversary. The condo was beautiful! Very clean and looked exactly as photos online. We were looking for something more quiet, away from Seaside, and this place hit the mark! We loved the fact that it was a very short walk down to the beach. The condo's furnishings were beautiful, and the deck looking over the ocean was perfect! We enjoyed that you could walk to several places - and great walking trails nearby too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend!

Perfect for us!

My wife and I just completed our stay and we loved this location and condo. It was perfect for us. The location was great and within walking distance of plenty of fun activities (namely the bakery and creamery). Anything else we wanted to do was just a quick drive. Beach access was simple and quick. Overall we had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great location and nicely decorated condo

Blue Mountain Beach is less crowded than other towns on 30A. The condo is walkable to a great ice cream shop and a bike rental place. We enjoyed walks on the beach and biking on the trail that goes along 30A.The condo is really well decorated and clean. It has a wonderful view of the ocean from the deck. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Awesome location. Walk to bakery and a couple of restaurants. Great ocean view from porch. Not crowded at all. Very nicely decorated. Everything looks brand new. Loved it. Would gladly visit again!

Enjoyed our stay on this second floor condo with a balcony that overlooked the Gulf of Mexico. Loved the beach and ocean in our backyard. New & clean.

Perfect Beach Condo

My husband and I snuck away for a kid free vacation and this condo was the perfect spot for us. It is beautifully decorated (I seriously want sources for everything) and incredibly clean. It’s very well stocked with everything you could need. The easy beach access is so nice and the gulf views are incredible. We loved the location of this condo and the ability to walk to so many nearby places. We truly did not want to leave and would certainly stay here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Blue Mountain Villas celebrating our anniversary and babymoon. The condo is beautiful and perfect for a family of 4. It is easily accessible to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were were very proactive and communicative. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness in the arrival gift they left us. We hope to visit again soon. Highly recommend!

Cute Condo

Hannah was excellent to talk to. Very helpful and if it wasn't for her quick responses, I would not have rented this place since I was in a time crunch. The mattress & pillows were perfect. My husband wants to buy the whole bed set up. Thank you for everything! :) I rarely feel this way, but we'd stay here again.

Our Favorite Beach Trip!

Our little family of three had the best week! The property has been recently renovated, and it is furnished with nice linens, towels, and anything else you might need. The outside of the building and stairwell have been updated as well, and everything looks clean and tidy. The view is spectacular! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves each morning. Having private beach access was so convenient, and it wasn’t crowded at all. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely stunning condo with beautiful gulf views!!

The condo was recently renovated and fabulously decorated with calming neutrals. The king bed was very comfortable, the bunk beds adorable, the bath was fully stocked with linens and had a nice size walk-in shower with great water pressure, the kitchen was well stocked as well and included new GE appliances, the den had ample seating with access to the balcony that had fabulous gulf views! Hannah was very responsive and helpful. Check-in could not have been easier. The welcome gift and note were an added bonus. We look forward to visiting again!

You’re going to fall in LOVE

I have never stayed in a place where it felt so clean. It honestly felt like we were the firsts to stay in a brand new place. So nice! The ocean view from the balcony is perfect. The communication with the owner was perfect. I will stay here over and over again. We loved it!! The only thing I would say that would have made this stay completely hassle free for our family was to have more than one key fob for the gate. We didn’t always want to go down together so we had to run back and forth a little. Also, there may have been a code for the gate too that we just missed?? Anyways, this doesn’t change our minds about this place. I promise you’ll love it, one key fob or one thousand key fobs :)

40th Anniversary was Heavenly!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful beachfront condo and it was the perfect place to relax and celebrate our anniversary. Great restaurants nearby and private beach. We’ll be back!
