Our top story 2bed/2bath condo is nested along spectacular glimmering white quartz dunes boasting amazing and unobstructed views of the highest elevation beach along the Gulf of Mexico. From mid-October to early March, you will be entranced by the soft, orange-pink glow of sunsets while sipping your favorite drink from the balcony or taking an evening stroll along the beach. Summer guests will be mesmerized by full moons rising from the water entrancing the night's sky with their shimmering glow.
This small residential 10-unit building delivers an intimate feel, and is located within easy walking distance of some of the most desirable spots in South Walton including the famous Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, Blue Mountain Bakery, Redfish Taco, Blue Mabel's Smokehouse and Provisions, and Big Daddy's Bike Shop. The quiet Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood offers a peaceful retreat for couples' getaways or small families all year-round only a short biking distance from the boutique coastal towns of Water Color and Seaside and a quick drive from the bustling beaches of Destin and Panama City.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite full bathroom, and offers bedroom direct access to the beach front balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 full-sized beds as well as connects to the second full bathroom. The living room is complete with a full-size sleeper sofa allowing this rental to comfortably sleep 6.The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, coffee and tea to sip as you watch the sunrise from the dining room table or oversized patio. In-unit washer and dryer are also available.

On-site parking is restricted to one vehicle per rental. Minimal overflow street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
