Enjoy the sweeping views of Blue Mountain Beach and captivating waters of the Emerald Coast from the newly renovated 3rd floor balcony of this beachfront property!

Our top story 2bed/2bath condo is nested along spectacular glimmering white quartz dunes boasting amazing and unobstructed views of the highest elevation beach along the Gulf of Mexico. From mid-October to early March, you will be entranced by the soft, orange-pink glow of sunsets while sipping your favorite drink from the balcony or taking an evening stroll along the beach. Summer guests will be mesmerized by full moons rising from the water entrancing the night's sky with their shimmering glow.

This small residential 10-unit building delivers an intimate feel, and is located within easy walking distance of some of the most desirable spots in South Walton including the famous Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, Blue Mountain Bakery, Redfish Taco, Blue Mabel's Smokehouse and Provisions, and Big Daddy's Bike Shop. The quiet Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood offers a peaceful retreat for couples' getaways or small families all year-round only a short biking distance from the boutique coastal towns of Water Color and Seaside and a quick drive from the bustling beaches of Destin and Panama City.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite full bathroom, and offers bedroom direct access to the beach front balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 full-sized beds as well as connects to the second full bathroom. The living room is complete with a full-size sleeper sofa allowing this rental to comfortably sleep 6.The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, coffee and tea to sip as you watch the sunrise from the dining room table or oversized patio. In-unit washer and dryer are also available.

Third Floor Walk-Up:

All One Level: Living Room with Full Sleeper Sofa, Dining area with Balcony Access, Kitchen, King Bedroom with ensuite full bathroom and Balcony Access, Second Bedroom with Two Full Beds and Tub/Shower Combo, Washer and Dryer.

This Condo only allows for 6 people to stay the night. No pets allowed per HOA regulations.

On-site parking is restricted to one vehicle per rental. Minimal overflow street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

THERE IS NO EXTRA PARKING AT THIS UNIT
ONE CAR LIMIT- If you have an extra car- please inquire we have off site parking for $25 a day- If you have an RV- I have off site parking at $50 a day for RV

The condo was wonderful and the views are breathtaking. The location was great, not to far from anything. Being able to walk straight down to the beach and the chair service was great! The only issue we had was sometimes there would be someone else parked in our assigned parking spot but this was solved with a phone call.

Fantastic views & fewer crowds

We love staying in this condominium. The unit was very well furnished. We brought a number of things from home thinking we would need them, but most everything needed was already there. Its proximity to the beach is awesome – just a few steps away. And one of the best parts, was the daily chair and umbrella service.! We would definitely stay here again

Family fun at Blue Mountain Beach

We loved our stay at Sun Seeker! The condo was clean and so cute and steps from the beach! The location is perfect with so many restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back!

Great views & location

This is a great gulf front property conveniently located to many restaurants that we love. Easy walk to several spots and in a quiet complex. The views from the master bedroom are excellent!
. Almost looks as if you’re on top of the water during high tide. The unit/building itself is a little dated but very clean and had everything you would need to kick off your trip like coffee, beach cooler, & chairs which we appreciated. The unit was a nice size for 3 of us (myself, husband, & mother in law). Eileen the owner was great with communication and any questions we had. Would stay here again!

The property is well maintained and well supplied with what we needed. We enjoyed being right on the beach in a quiet spot on the sand. It was nice to be able to stow our beach gear on the lower level side. The master bed was very comfortable and had more than enough pillows! We used a pack & play that was in the closet and we really appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that was supplied. We will save this unit in hopes to return in the future.

Birthday getaway

We had an absolute wonderful trip. We left feeling so refreshed and relaxed; and also ready to book another trip to this property. It was our 6th time visiting 30A and this was our favorite spot. Eileen made the check in so easy and was awesome to respond so quickly for any need. Don’t hesitate, book this property!

Excellent stay!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was perfect! Spotless, clean, and had everything you could ever need. We loved how the property was sort of nestled away from the road. It was very quiet and private. You can’t ask for a better view of the gulf from the balcony!! This unit has it all!! We would definitely book again and have already discussed doing so. The property owner was excellent. She checked in on us to ensure we had a perfect stay. Ps - I’m sorry I broke your coaster lol
