The open floor plan is designed with an upgraded kitchen with massive granite island and dining and living room which comfortably accommodates to all of your guests. The kitchen is fully gourmet equipped with both a classic coffee maker and Keurig machine (complimentary coffee pots included) and all-known kitchen appliances (including a mini-waffle maker and air fryer!)

There are two master bedrooms, one on each floor. The four bedrooms are compromised of the following:

3. Second Story King Bedroom: Large bedroom furnished with King Bed, nightstands/lamps features blackout window blinds, and closet. Located immediately next to the full, double vanity bathroom on the second floor with a tub and shower.

4. Second Story Queen Bedroom: Large bedroom furnished with Queen Bed, nightstands/lamps features blackout window blinds, and closet. Located immediately next to the full, double vanity bathroom on the second floor with a tub and shower.

LOFT: In addition to the comfortable bedrooms, you can enjoy the game room which located on the second story loft. Indio Lakeview Villa’s backyard boasts a stunning modern design with a brand-new private saltwater heated pool/spa with color changing lights, BBQ Grill, comfortable sofa set, large dining table set with chairs and an umbrella, four daybeds facing the lake, and much more. Glass is not permitted outside, and we provide a full set of plastic plates, bowls, cups, and wine glasses for you to enjoy poolside, worry-free.

Enjoy views of the breathtaking lake from the comfort of Indio Lakeview Villa’s backyard. Please note the following rules with respect to the lake:

- Swimming in the lake is NOT permitted.
- NO items can be thrown or dropped into the lake.
- Fishing is only catch-and-release

To help accommodate your stay and make it as comfortable as possible, the following items are supplied during your stay:

• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes

• Pool Towels, Wash Towels, Bath Towels

• Toilet paper, trash bags, napkins and paper towels.

• Dish and dishwasher soap and sponge.

• Laundry detergent for washing machine. Washer and Dryer are in the home in the laundry room on the second floor

Bedding:

• Bed linens are made on beds. Extra linens, blankets, pillows and sheets
are stored in master storage and can be provided upon request. Two extra twin-size air mattresses are stored in master closet for your convenience.

Kitchen:

• The kitchen is fully gourmet equipped. We provide complementary Keurig coffee capsules, variety of spices, pepper, salt. Small appliances include: toaster, blender, Keurig coffee machine, electric kettle, full set of pots and pans, chopper, mini-waffle maker, air fryer. All BBQ cooking supplies are provided. Kitchen offers all utensils and cookware such as plates, bowls (large and small), silverware, shot glasses, wine glasses, and kitchen / bar accessories such as wine opener, shaker, lemon squeezers, and more.

• Large appliances include: Refrigerator, Gas range, built-in microwave, dishwasher.

HOUSE RULES:

• NO smoking inside the house
• NO pets allowed
• NO Loud events after 10pm

GUEST ACCESS:

• The entire property with its amenities is accessible

• Instructions on use of the Wi-Fi, TVs, pool heaters/lights, and other components of the house will be available in a booklet for reference at the home
