Drop your skis and boots at the beginning of your trip, then when you’re ready to hit the slopes, make the easy 5-minute walk to the base in your comfortable shoes.

The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, pine cabinets, and it's stocked with everything you need to entertain guests or create that perfect family meal. The open floor plan opens to the dining and living room areas. The living area features a new large, plush sectional sofa with queen sleeper. Warm up by the gas fireplace or lounge on the sofa while you take in your favorite show on the flat screen TV. The patio is located just off of the living room. Walk outside and enjoy a hot cup of coffee or cocoa, or an evening cocktail as you watch the sun set.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and allows plenty of sunshine through the large windows. Retreat to your bedroom early and enjoy your favorite show or movie on the flat-screen TV. The first full bathroom is right across the hallway from this bedroom. The large primary bedroom is at the end of the hallway which includes a private and spacious bathroom, large closet, California king bed, large windows, and a flat screen TV to compliment your stay.

Without a doubt, this ski condo will perfectly accommodate your Steamboat lodging needs. The unit includes 2 sets of snowshoes for guest use located in the on-site ski closet. The Rockies complex is located just 400 yards to the ski base area / Gondola Square. You can take the complimentary shuttle or free city bus to the base area, or warm up with a walk, as the ski slopes are only about 5-minutes away. The Rockies complex has a large heated outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, gas BBQ grilling area, very large parking lot and yard. During the summer, there is also a sand volleyball court in the back.
