Morro Bay is located halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles, a 20 minutes drive to Cal Poly. Morro Bay is a hidden treasure on the Central Coast! Featuring a classic Harbor and fresh seafood, the central attraction! This condo is in an exclusive gated community close to all the main attractions: restaurants, shopping, antiquing, movie theater and the Embarcadero. Harbor access is blocks away, from Tidelands beach or Coleman beach which is close to the Rock. The condo has two spacious master bedrooms, with en suites. The first master has a large soaker tub with separate shower. The second master suite has a spacious bathroom with shower only. Both baths have dual sinks! This condo has amazing space. Both bedrooms on either side of the home have different views, one of Morro Rock and the other with views of the strand and more! The large living room has a cozy fireplace, wet bar, the dining room seats six and a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless steal appliances. Amazing private balcony is ideal for a quiet cup of joe in the morning and breath in the clean coastal air or entertain with a balcony BBQ. Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
This home within a block of Downtown Morro Bay, close to the State park and the bay is down the street. Great views, great location, great home to enjoy the sounds of the Bay! This home is fully equipped so just bring your clothes and toothbrush! Within one block to downtown and three blocks to the Embarcadero. A couple minute drive to highway 1 to enjoy the pacific coast!
