Enjoy a spacious living room with a Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen designed for easy meals and gathering, and three private bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, full bath, and private deck, while two guest rooms share a nearby bathroom. Outdoor spaces include a shaded front patio for relaxing, private sitting areas, and a fenced dog run. High-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, and a ping pong table are available for guest enjoyment.

🔑 Important Guest Information
Rental Agreement: A signed rental contract is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A $500 refundable security deposit is required per stay to cover incidentals.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests.
