Home on Lake Hamilton with all the amenities possible. Large enough for a family reunion, intimate enough for a romantic getaway. Private dock, fireplace upstairs and down, 2 kitchens, amazing views and a great sun room. 15 minutes
to Hot Springs National Park, historic bathhouse row, Oaklawn Horse racetrack and casinos, Lake Ouachita State Park. House is listed For Sale so it is possible the realtor may ask to show it during a rental stay. Guests are not expected to clean or prepare if notified that the realtor requests to show it.

Awesome House

This house was perfect for our family. We had eight adults and six kids ages 6 months to 11 years old. They swam, fished, played in kayaks and tubbed in our boat. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy this awesome house. We travel every year to the Hot Springs area I hope we can get this house again. AWESOME PLACE FOR FAMILIES.

Wonderful Home, Beautiful Views, Plenty of Supplies

We had a mix of 3 families staying that meet up once a year for the adults and kids to have a break from reality. It was a beautiful home that had plenty of space for everyone to have their own rooms and privacy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and we couldn't have asked for any better. We would definitely come back here again. Dean was amazing at communication and very friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

Summer Vacation 2023

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for the 11 of us and the layout was great. Having two kitchen areas worked out well. I was impressed at how well the kitchens were stocked. The deck and boat dock were perfect for relaxing and the grandkids loved swimming and jumping off the dock. My favorite room was the sunroom with the large picture windows. We give this place a 5 star rating.

Wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our family which included 10 adults and 4 children aged 4 and under. The families with the children stayed in the lower level. They were very comfortable, there was plenty of room, and the full kitchen on that level was perfect! We are now spoiled booking a rental with two full kitchens. The main level was also perfect with plenty of room for everyone to eat together at the dining area. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was very clean. The boat dock and steps for lake entry was perfect as well. The house had all we needed. We would highly recommend this property to others. Should we stay in the Hot Springs area again, I would definitely stay at this property!

Amazing home!

We had an amazing experience in this home. We wanted a long weekend getaway with various members of my family who all live around the Dallas TX area. The drive to and from was beautiful and only about 4 1/2 hours. The home was everything as advertised and the owners had everything we needed in the home. There is an industrial ice maker in the garage that is super helpful when everyone is filling up their water bottles to go out adventuring! The rooms are spacious. There are 2 living areas and one sun room that overlooked the water. Super view! There are also 2 full kitchens. We only needed one since the kitchen is usually the place where everyone gathers. But I can see a second one being handy with larger groups. There are plenty of seats for dining or playing cards. The couches and chairs in the living areas are super comfortable and most recline! Talk about a relaxing place to be with family and friends! There is a Walmart about 2 minutes from the house and downtown Hot Springs in just about 15 minutes away. We hope to able to rent this home the next time we head over to Hot Springs! Our whole trip was amazing!

Perfect Spot for Couples Weekend

We had a couples weekend (12 total) and the property was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone with a great location. Accurate listing and amenities. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to entertain

I held my daughters Bachelorette Party here and it was everything the pictures showed and more. There were 13 of us and everyone had a bed. The private dock and the quiet space was amazing. I will for sure go back

Overall satisfied

My family & I enjoyed staying at JT place. The place was fully stocked with paper supplies! They have a bunch of life vests, floats, and even a paddle boat & a kayak to use. The house was enough room for all 21 to stay comfortably! It was also nice to be able to have 2 kitchens as well. We also enjoyed the park down the road from the house! We swam, eat, made memories at this house and some of us didn’t want to leave. Thank you again, Jerry Davis.

Family vacation/ 40 birthday

We had a great time. There was 18 of us and we had plenty of room. The pictures on line did it no justice. It was so roomy and the double kitchen were beneficial. We literally need anything pillows blankets towels. It was Great. We loved the ice maker! We loved being right on the water there was even rafts and so many grills.

Family Time

This property works very well for a family group! Plenty of room and bedrooms and it is very well stocked! Even had an ice machine! The yard needs a little TLC but all in all we were happy with our stay.

Short Family Getaway

Great property with lots of room! 7 bedrooms! The view from the sunroom was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable. All the amenities that you would need were available including icemaker. Picnic table by the water. Walmart just around the corner. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again.

We strive to share with other families the great blessing that this home has been to us. It is truly set up to allow for maximum relaxation or maximum adventure all while making precious memories together. The home is also large enough that everyone can still enjoy their personal space.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This home is well suited for both large family gatherings or a more intimate get away. The opportunities for fun and adventure are both endless and at your finger tips. Whether you are boating, watersporting, fishing, reading a book on the dock or enjoying the comfortable sun room, you will feel at home and at peace. A rural feel yet minutes from a Neighborhood Walmart, dining, gas and other amenities. Over an acre to enjoy with privacy as well. I have 5 box seats at Oaklawn horse racetrack which may be available to renters. From Jan to May live racing is Friday, Saturday and Sunday. plus Thursdays in March. Unless box seats are already being used, they may available to the home renter if they desire to go.
