Plan d'étage ouvert avec vue spectaculaire sur le lac. Grande terrasse privée parfaite pour griller et regarder les couchers de soleil à quelques pas de votre propre quai avec plate-forme de baignade. Vue sur le canal principal, mais replacer quelques maisons dans une large crique pour nager en toute sécurité et flotter.

Situé sur le côté nord du lac, ce qui vous permet de profiter de la beauté de la vie du lac tout en étant proche de toutes les merveilleuses choses que Hot Springs a à offrir. 10 minutes en voiture d'Oaklawn, de l'épicerie, du centre commercial et des restaurants.

A l'étage, une grande salle bonus avec des lits superposés amusants et un espace de jeu / télévision pour les enfants, deux chambres king et une salle de bains séparée.
En bas a 3 chambres king, 1 chambre queen et 3 salles de bains. Toutes les chambres et salles de bain ont une literie et des serviettes 100% coton avec de nouveaux lits en mousse à mémoire.

La maison dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour se divertir et se détendre avec 4 télévisions intelligentes, Internet sans fil, cheminée, table à manger pouvant accueillir 12 personnes, comptoir pour 3 personnes et table séparée pour 4 personnes. Four double, wet-bar avec machine à glaçons et refroidisseur à vin.

Our whole family of 8 adults and 6 kids under 5 stayed very comfortably! We loved that all the adults got king sized beds. The deck is fully gated as well as a fence all along the lake shore which was great for our family with small children. Kitchen is very well stocked and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

This house is perfect in every way. Lots of space, clean, comfortable- well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The inlet is perfect for grabbing a couple of rafts and floating the day away. You’ll not regret staying here for a long weekend or a few weeks!

A wonderful place to stay. So comfortable and right on Lake Hamilton. You could see the lake from a.

A wonderful Lake House. You could see the lake from almost anywhere in the house. Had every amenity that you could possibly need. So comfortable with many places in the living room to get into small groups. The outdoor dining was used every day for eating and just sitting around visiting while observing the family playing in the water. It was very enjoyable to rent a pontoon boat and be able to put it in the extra boat slip.

Fantastic house! Well stocked and maintained. Lots of open area and seating to keep the family together for meals and games. Kitchen is well equipped with a variety of cookware. Great location on the lake with quick access to all sorts of activities.The whole house is nice but whoever gets the master suite is getting spoiled. Great views from the deck.Owners were great to work with!

Wonderful place on the lake

This was the perfect place for our girl trip! The weather cooperated so we were out on the deck most of the time! Kitchen was great and well stocked. Enough bedrooms and baths to handle our large group. Located close to everything. Had one issue with a leaking sink and host responded immediately. Would highly recommend!!

We had a group of 13. All accommodations were great! We were very appreciative that Joey allowed early check in. Worked great with our travel schedule. Everything was in working order. Quiet neighborhood. Close to attractions. We would stay there again. Thank you Joey and Brian!

What a great family reunion

We booked this location for a family reunion. We have family in the Arkansas area, Texas, Idaho and myself from Colorado (total of 11 adults and five kids!) and we had more than enough room. With that many family members there can easily be friction, but the location is spacious we all had an absolutely wonderful time. It sits in a nice quiet cove; we brought out the paddle boards and floats and had a wonderful time in the water. Last but definitely not least the hosts were very accommodating. 100% recommend this location.

Amazing Stay

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Sunset Bay. The owners were very accommodating and their communication was fantastic. The house is in a perfect spot on the lake and the layout with multiple bedrooms works really well for multiple families. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to return again.

Perfect Lake Getaway!

We had 9 adults and 6 children in our party and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Sunset Bay has a perfect open living space and huge kitchen so we were able to play games and really enjoy being together as a family at night. During the day, we put our bathing suits on and walked straight down to the water. There is an extra boat slip to house a rented boat for your stay. There is also plenty of area to swim and float off the dock. The house sits on an inlet so it’s quiet without a ton of boat traffic. We went into town two nights to eat and we had no trouble finding our way back-it’s a very short drive into town. We frequented the grocery store and its location is perfect for running last minute to grab stuff for lunches, etc. The house is gorgeous, tons of space for enjoying the family or privacy for each person, and the hosts are incredible. We needed help with the dryer and Joey came right over with a repairman. Perfect hosts! I highly recommend Sunset Bay for a wonderful family trip to the lake!!

Fantastic family reunion!

We can’t say enough about this wonderful home! The listing and photos are exactly as we found it but it offered even more. The master suite is epic - windows and a door out to the deck, jacuzzi tub, 2 sinks, shower, walk-in closet and a wall of drawers for clothes. But each room was generous with comfy beds generous soaps, towels and shampoos and lovely decor. Easily parked our 5 cars and kayak trailer. Ample kitchen with abundant cooking and dining supplies, generous soaps, towels and shampoos. But the gem was the dock where we spent much of our time jumping in and swimming in the lake. The water is about 14 feet at the dock so bring floaties - but it was clean, no algae or debris. They had chairs we could bring down as well. Located in a quiet cove it was safe and scenic. We brought kayaks which were great to explore with. We rented a pontoon one day which fit easily in to the extra covered slip. Super large deck with various spaces to enjoy for dining, lounging, tanning or star gazing. A generous grassy lawn that was great for our family photo. Joey was super responsive and sweet. We’re so grateful to have found this gem for our family reunion.

We had such an amazing time at Sunset Bay. The layout was so wonderful and spacious for our large family. The hosts has thought of everything and the cove was nice and quiet for swimming off the dock. Sparkling clean and so easy. Can't wait to have the opportunity to stay there again.

Best stay ever!

My family and friends get together every year and have tried many houses in Arkansas, but this was our favorite! It was perfectly located with lots of room for everyone to both hang out in the common areas, but also retreat to their own rooms. The kitchen was the most well-equipped VRBO kitchen I've ever had! They had everything I needed to cook for our group of about 20 people. We would happily return to Sunset Bay!

I was born and raised in Arkansas and spent summers with my family at my grandparent's cabin on Lake Catherine. Like most families we've spread out across the country, so two years ago we rented a home on Lake Hamilton for my mom's 75th birthday and all the family came. We loved it so much my husband and I decided to buy a home with enough room for my whole family and friends to come together and create lasting memories of time spent together. We hope the home brings the same joy to you.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this property for many reasons. The home is designed for large groups without feeling on top of each other while also feeling cozy when just my husband and I are there. It's on the North side of the lake, so while we can enjoy the peacefulness of lake life, we're only 10 minutes from the racetrack, restaurants and shopping. The home is situated such that the large deck is private from the neighbors.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Open floor plan with three couches and game table, so guest can be together while doing their own thing. Work a puzzle on the dining room table, watch a movie on the large screen t.v., get a game going on the game table or read a book nestled on the couch in the corner all while feeling together. Large kitchen with double oven for cooking several dishes. Wet bar with ice-maker and wine cooler. Gas grill on deck provides hot flames for charring steaks and no need for propane. Eat outside at the dining table or at the bar lining the deck rail. Upstairs bonus room has bunkbeds and t.v. area for the kids or if some want to watch a movie while the others watch sports.
