Modern 3 bedroom with pool, 5 minute walk to beach
Driftwood villa is modern and airy with tasteful decor throughout. The villa has 3 double bedrooms all benefiting from open ceilings finished by local craftsmen using a lime whitewash.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is the heart of the house with raised open ceilings and modern kitchen facilities including a breakfast bar. Just off the kitchen is the utility room with washer and dryer.
There are 3 double bedrooms with ceiling fans and air conditioned. There is also a TV/Media room with a futon bed suitable for a small child, if needed.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combo and the other is a large wet room and shower.
The open plan living area leads through full-length glass doors onto the outdoor terrace and pool deck. There is both casual and formal seating under the shaded terrace for relaxing or dining.
The private pool and gardens provide a relaxed outdoor space complete with sun loungers to bask in the sunshine while sipping a refreshing cocktail.
Private parking is available at the front of the property if you are renting a car during your stay.
Free Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the property and the TV offers satellite and cable services. For music lovers there is a Sonos System and a variety of books and games.
Housekeeping service is included with all linens and towel supplied for your stay.
The famous Mullins Beach is a quick 5 minute walk away. Here you can arrange for beach loungers and umbrella rentals from the local beach shak. They also make a great rum punch. Watersports can also be arranged with the local operators.
Mullins Beach has the very popular Seashed restaurant and Salt Bar - a must while staying at Driftwood. Speightsown is 5 minute drive away and here you will find numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, bank ATM. Worth mentioning Local & Co, Beya, Orange Street Grocer, Little Bristol...go out, explore and enjoy Barbados!
